I had a radiator replacement completed…

I had a radiator replacement completed at the Owasso Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers location, and the entire experience was excellent. The team provided quick service and kept me informed throughout the repair process with clear, straightforward communication. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, what the costs would be, and when I could expect the vehicle to be ready.

After the repair, I noticed some continued coolant leaking and brought the vehicle back for them to inspect. The staff responded immediately, identified a coolant hose issue, and fixed it quickly without any hassle. I really appreciated how seriously they took my concern and how committed they were to making sure the repair was completed correctly.

It's not just the quality of the work that stood out, but also the professionalism, transparency, and customer service. The team was responsive, honest, and focused on getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend the Owasso location to anyone needing automotive repairs and will continue to use them for future service needs.
