ITEMS MISSING WHEN I GOT BACK - I WAS IGNORED

When they delivered the car back to me, items were missing from the car. I immediately contacted them telling them what went missing. I left messages with several employees and they all told me someone would call me back but no one ever did. I then sent emails but when they eventually got back to me (over 2 months later) they said that nothing had been found.

This is simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this service.

DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT USE THEM.
When my car was return it was covered with bird poop and dried things from the They did not have the curtesy to return my car in the condition I gave to them. The driver just gave me the keys of my car and disappeared. When I rang him he said to complain to the management.
Terrible service I had to pay £30 to get my car cleaned.

facetiming whilst driving our car

When bringing the car back to the airport the driver drove past with his mobile docked in the holder on the dashboard and was FaceTiming his girlfriend while driving OUR car through the car park. Carried on FaceTiming even when parking our car which isn't the easiest car to drive and park being a big American left hand drive car. Would not use again.

Just avoid these cowboys

These people are just scammers and by no means professionals.

The nightmare started upon arrival. They had requested to give them a call 30 mins prior to our arrival. We gave them a 40 minute notice. When we arrived at the car park we waited and waited and I called them. They said they will be there shortly. 1h later I have started getting seriously stressed cos now my flight time is approaching and I start calling them persistently asking for a specific arrival time. At this point the guy from. the phone is screaming at me and very kindly and full of professionalism tells me to shut up. I end up leaving my car with my partner and I am checking all our luggage on my own. My partner ended up running to catch the flight cos they were over 1.5h late from the agreed schedule.
On our way to the plane one of the cowboys calls my partner and says that the car park was 20 quid and that we won't be able to get the car back unless we pay the amount.We are explaining to him that there is little we can do as we are about to take off. (didn't want to start an argument re waiting time cos the normal cost should be 6 pounds). Thankfully my partner had emailed the booking company who confirmed that the owed amount was 6 pounds.
Upon our return we called them as soon as we got out of the plane knowing the level of punctuality they offer. So one of the cowboys called and told me that unless we give them 20 pounds they won't be dispatching the car. We then explained that we have an email that suggests that we should only pay 6 for which we already have cash. He then said that unless we pay him upfront he won't be dispatching the car. He was requesting to give him. our card number over the phone to charge us(lol) Luckily he agreed to a bank transfer and the car was dispatched.
Good thing is our car is a piece of junk so it hadn't been damaged or driven more than the expected.
Overall dreeadfull experience but mostly awful attitude

Do not use.

Over 30 minutes wait to drop car off and over 1hr 30 minutes too collect. Following the instructions phone was answered on first call but all calls following that were either ignored or declined. Until the driver then called. Car was return covered in dust so not sure where they stored it.

Keep away from this company.

Car been left on 22 of March in…

Car been left on 22 of March in perfect,just washed condition,never had any scratches or resprays ,back on 30th call operator they said 20 min (not even asked for reg nr.)I thought to myself that's strange.
My jaguar arrived 😤😤😤 at state as someone been taking it off road plus covered with pigeon fesses,
Not enough both front alloys scratched , bumper scratched and scratches been tried to be covered by spraycan paint (find out later today that bumper been ripped off and refitted back )well bolted on. In garage I been told that all fixings been broken, nothing alines lots of scratches to underside of bumper .

Basically someone had fun ride and crashed it.

What I been suggested to do by driver and operator ,right email with pictures,I sent 6 emails and 30 photos today at 4pm , so far no response . Will wait for 24 h ,
and my solicitor will be all over them as I have tracker installed so all movements will be disclosed.

What a disgrace .SHAME ON COMPANY.

I WILL DO ALL I CAN TO CLOSE THIS TROUBLE MAKER AND HOPEFULLY WILL SAFE FEW OTHER CARS .

AVOID AT ANY COST

Unhappy

Had to wait more than half an hour on drop off despite ringing as instructed and also half hour on return. Car was absolutely filthy !!

AVOID

AVOID! Used many different meet and greets at airports before and this was by far the worst. We were told to phone 30 mins before arrival, which we did and then had to wait a further 40 mins for the driver to arrive. He just asked for the keys and left, seemed very unprofessional. On arrival back in the uk we then had to wait over an hour for the driver to arrive, we were told it would be 30 mins. The car arrived absolutely filthy as if someone had been off roading in it. In addition there were over 70 miles used on the car so no idea where it was parked. Would never use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst meet and greet car parking company we have ever used, at ANY airport. Waited an hour and a half for the driver to collect our car on arrival at the airport leaving us short of time to make it through security in time for our flight. We rang early in our way home (we rang before collecting our luggage instead of after because of how unreliable they had been) and waited nearly 3 hours in the cold for our car to be returned to us. Even the valet parking companies in the airport (purple parking and blue circle parking) warned us when we were waiting to collect the car not to use this company and that they have an awful service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. To top off the driver demanded a £20 tip extra for delivering the car after 3 HOURS of waiting in the cold for the car

Sadly not a great experience

Sadly not a great experience. Following phone call warning them of our arrival at T5, had to wait over an hour for a driver. Nearly missed our flight. On our return delayed due to various factors out with our control. Rang the number following bag pick up as instructed, no answer, left a message, no reply. Constant ringing eventually picked up and told Office closed. Why take out flight details and do nothing with them? Charged an extra £20 and had to wait another 45 minutes for car. Avoid.

Damage to car, no customer support

Car came back covered with dust which I can live with but there was a rectangular imprint on the rear bumper, when I wiped it off there were scratches on the bumper, There is no proper procedure to complain and they ignore emails.

Firstly if we could give zero stars we would, the service is absolutely shocking and no one gives a **** when you complain.

Our car came back to us (to Heathrow after an hour of us calling) and it was in a disgusting state, looked like they'd parked it in a cattle field, mud splats all over it.

The delivery driver would not listen when we asked "what the hell have you been doing with our car"....he just said you need to speak with the boss and literally ran off as soon as he gave us the key back!!

Avoid at all costs and go for a proper company unless you do not care about your vehicle.

Bunch of Cowboys with a BAD ATTITUDE.

1 star because I cant give zero!

Parked at Heathrow T5 - It’s just a bunch of guys with a bad attitude. Our car came back looking like they had been off roading in it - muck all over the front and all I got from the delivery driver was ‘complain to the boss’.

Never again. I advise you do the same as us in the future - find a professional parking company instead!!

Over 1 hour wait

Arrived back to Heathrow at 10pm and after calling had to wait over 1 hour for our car. We had no call to let us know of a delay and had to chase. We had no apology or reasonable explanation. We chose them due to higher review scores, but recommend no-one to use them.
