Terrible to deal with
Terrible to deal with. They tell you they can get you a refund after speaking with them. You send them all your paperwork for nobody to call you back and then after waiting weeks for a reply your told you they can’t get you a refund??? They completely waste your time. There are better accountants out there.

Have been really impressed with the support and advice I have received from Ian and team. We quickly agreed I was due tax refunds from the previous 4 years and have just got back over £3k and am hopeful last years returns will result in a refund too.
