As a travel agency I used the service of Express to Russia to receive invitation letters several times. It was always an easy an quick process, and each time I had to change something on the invitation letter, they did it free of charge. I highly recommend this company!

My daughter and I took a cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg in September.
Express to Russia was very helpful at every step. They were the first to respond when I'd googled several companies for information, and I believe it was the only personal response. Galina shepherded us from that first inquiry through several false starts on our part through the visa process to the final trip. I've already recommended them to other people.

My wife and I, together with a single friend completed a river cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow in September. As this was our first time in Russia there were many unknowns - all of which were well handled by the Russian travel agent Express to Russia.
They answered all questions by return email and were easy to contact by phone as Elena and the other staff all spoke excellent English.
They assisted with additional information on trips within both Moscow and St Petersburg and even arranged for the invitation letter required to obtain a Russian visa from Australia - including the fact that we extended the trip by staying another 8 days in the two cities - all very well handled and absolutely appreciated.
The interaction was fabulous and all the arrangements worked seamlessly as they had promised.

When we started to plan our trip we looked at several web sites. Express to Russia struck us as the clearest. As our booking progressed we were guided very step of the way. The boat was great.
We are both very anti food waste. We found the system where one ordered one's dinner choices for the next day a great way of cutting down on excess food being prepared.

We did the river cruise from Moscow to St Petersburg. The cruise was great and the english speaking guides were extremely knowledgeable and spoke very clear english. Our only negative would be that as there were only 11 english speaking guests on our cruise and our on-board director didn't give us the same information that the norgewian or french continguent got. I cannot fault "Express Russia". I would however warn people about taxi drivers in Russia. Be very careful and make sure you get a price for the ride before you get into a taxi and stay well clear of the "Taxi Marshall". We paid 10,000 rubles for an 18 minute ride from Moscow airport to our hotel.

We used Express to Russia to book our whole Transiberian trip from St. Petersburg to Beijing. It was SO easy to do and everything worked out perfect. I strongly recommend their services.

Responses to my questions were always prompt and polite, even when my questions were stupid since the answers had already been included in information given and I had not read it closely enough. They arranged the visa invitation so I could apply for our visas, as soon as I asked. I had no worries at all about booking our cruise with them

We used Express to Russia to travel from Saint Petersburg to Moscow. All the communications with the agency were prompt an precise. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. The boat was not luxurious but comfortable and the staff and entertainers were great. The food was good: plentiful and varied. The itinerary was for the most part fascinating and the guides were knowledgeable and attentive. Over all it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend it to whoever wants to do something a little off the beaten path.

We utilized Express to Russia’s services while we were in Moscow for an expo. They were friendly, well prepared and flexible. For example, Despite arrangements they agreed to drop us off at Red Square instead of our hotel to ensure that we had enough time to sightsee after setting up for the expo. In addition, there was insane holiday traffic and an accident on the way to the airport however their preparation meant that leaving promptly at 7pm, which resulted in us being in time to board our 23:20 flight. Thanks again!

Express to Russia did a great job helping me reserve a multi-segment train trip across Russia. Buying train tickets in Russia is unfortunately harder than in other countries, but the company is very helpful in navigating the process and usually answered my questions the same day or within a few hours, despite an 11 hour time zone difference with my home in the US. We had a great trip and everything worked out well, so I encourage others to give it a try!!
