Excellent service from highly experienced bankers

Customer support provided step by step instructions as needed, both by phone and email. Express Trade communicated with our factor on our behalf, and quickly deposited funds on the same day we requested them. Our only complaint was that some invoices that we assigned to our factor were charged back to our account after a certain period of non-payment. We thought that once invoices were assigned, the factor assumed the risk of late or non-payment, but that was not the case. Overall, the service was excellent and responsive to all our needs in a timely, courteous manner.
