A terrible company, and probably fraudulent.
My husband and I have been using this service for years. A few days ago I tried to renew the subscription. They took money from my PayPal TWICE, in total twice the amount that the new subscription should have been. At the same time - they deactivated my account!
Online chat was not helpful, just going round in circles. I ended up starting a claim on PayPal to get the refunds.

I tried again today, and again, they took my money - but disabled my account!

No help whatsoever from the online chat, just another "billing services will email you" statement.

Previously, they had indeed sent an email with the instructions to simply reply to the message, with I did. Today, they announced that there would be such an email, but I never received it.

So in total, they took my money three times and every single time deactivated my account! PayPal helped me to get back the first two fraudulent payments, I'm still waiting for the third one.

This is a terrible company, and with this happening several times now, I'm assuming it is deliberate. Otherwise, their support would have reactivated my account as soon as I sent them proof of payment, but they refused to.

Does what it says on the packet! Not sure the latest update is a forward step, mind

I have been using ExpressVPN for 5 years now. It's a great program and works well. HELP is extremely on the ball and gets to problems right away! New icon coverage is better - tells you more... but I do seem to lose connection more often, but it comes right back. I am using Houston; I live in Austin. Should I change it to a server area that doesn't drop as much??

I used another popular VPN service for several months, but when I came to the Philippines, I could not access Directv, Disney+ or Paramount+. With Express VPN, I get EVERYTHING!

I had a monthly subscription to this VPN and was offered a discounted annual subscription through the official app. They took my money but my account did not upgrade and I was locked out. I have been passed around Ai customer support hell for months and still have no refund. Stay well away from this company.

It works. Not all locations connect, but a decent amount do even among the censorship we have here.

Decent! good speeds, works pretty simply. I've used support a few times, and it's like ... wow... they're real people...that know what they're doing! It's only SLIGHTLY more complex than I'd like. I'd also love it if there was a WAY to have CERTAIN programs or apps "throw a flag" when you try to open them without a VPN. Otherwise, excellent. There are several free VPNs I have access to, but I still pay for this, year after year.
