Convenient and efficient waste removal service. Two guys came along and took away the pile of rubbish bags from my back garden. They were gone in no time. I will book again when the need arises.

Thanks to Stan and his team today, they have done a brilliant job clearing the trash from my mum's garden, removing the heavy dismantled shed amongst other bulky bits, promptly and at a very reasonable rate, much appreciated.

Just had them remove a good load of waste for me, I was in a big time crunch and they were able to come same day, and got everything out in no time at all with zero issues. Very efficient, very professional, can't recommend enough.

The prices online don’t match what quoted on arrival or after sending pictures.
Late on arrival with no apology. Staff need to learn some costumer service manners.

So easy from start to finish. I did the chat, booked a day. Got a quote. The two men came agreed quote was right and so experienced at getting a 3 seater sofa down 14 steep steps.This company is going in my diary. I needed the sofa out for a hospital bed for my husband and I can't believe it went so smooth. Thank you.

Avoid this company. I sent a clear picture and description of all my rubbish to Stan (manager). I was quoted £150 and was told the guy would provide a more accurate quote on arrival. They arrived 2 hours late next day and quoted double for £300 if I paid cash. Complete joke and a waste of my time. Don't use them, more than likely fake reviews.

They visited the property and gave a verbal quotation; perfectly decent guys. I called their office to arrange a date and asked for an email quote. The quote did not arrive. When the van and guys turned up as agreed, the new 'driver' said it was actually his job to price the job, not the original guy, and they needed to charge more than quoted. I did not appreciate his manner. I advised them their services were no longer needed - in my view a quote is a quote. Time-wasters. I wont be calling them again.

Excellent service, communicated quickly via telephone and whatsapp. Gave me a quote, picked up the rubbish shortly after. Saved me from a lot of hassle. Highly reccomended

I sent a photo of all the waste to be collected, highlighting the number of bags, that they were 3/4 full, and that they contained tiles. The agreed price over the phone was £250. When the team arrived on site the price went up to £390, arguing that the waste was heavy which shouldn't have been a surprise considering all the information shared.
According tot heir website "Full load £250.00 is equal to one tonne)." There wasn't even one tonne to collect.
Waste of time, there are better companies out there.

hi everyone,don't trust this company,they try to charge me double of what we agreed on the phone. I've sent them pictures and they have been informed how much rubbish I have. they should come on the time agreed ,but arrived 1 hour later. I'm never going to use this company again.

Horrible experience.

The removal team was not briefed on the items to dispose, i was told last minute that I would have to pay double, despite a price already agreed on earlier and the pictures of items sent.
Stan started making up numbers over the phone and told i had to foot double the amount. Not professional, not at all recommended.

Also, to top it up the team arrived almost 90 minutes late thus putting my house move schedule in limbo.
