You use royal mail for delivery service because there is know one at home because we work they didn't leave the parcel. so I haven't got the parcel yet

Order was placed on Friday 14th via Parcelforce24 which was the service selected by the buyer at checkout, not Royal Mail. Delivery was attempted on Monday 17th, and again on Tuesday 18th, and now scheduled for a third attempt today (Wednesday 19th) as per Parcelforce's standard delivery procedure. No communication was received from the buyer prior to leaving this feedback.
