I recently used Extension Plans UK, and they truly took the stress out of the entire process of drawing up plans and securing council approval. Remarkably, my council approval came through in just two weeks! Rebecca and the team was incredibly efficient and responsive, always addressing my queries quickly—usually within a day, if not within a few hours. They also connected me with trusted professionals for party wall and drain inspections to help carry the project through to completion. I can't recommend them highly enough. Plus, their pricing was very competitive, making them an excellent investment. Worth every penny!

Extension Plans UK produced drawings and applied for planning permission on our behalf. The service was easy and speedy, for much less than employing local architects. We got planning permission and have been put in touch with professionals to take on all other aspects of the job - party wall solicitors, builders, drain surveyors etc.

They have a team that is always available. They explained every step of the way and even helped us amend the plans to the council with a small change we wanted to make for a reasonable, small fee. Excellent and efficient cost-effective service

Got a reasonable quote price and they were prompt in coming over to get the measurement, prepare the plan and submit.
Got a reversed plan made and resubmitted when the first was rejected. And today I have my approval.

Compared to other companies they were reasonable priced, but also offered a great service. They’ve kept us up to date at each stage and we’re happy to make amends to the plans as we progressed.

We received planning permission approval successfully and a lot quicker than we expected. Highly recommended!

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Extension Plans UK. Phil in particular was great at taking our original idea and turning that in something we hadn't even considered making better use of the space. The plans were refined on subsequent calls and there were no issues with making some small changes. All plans were delivered on time. Mackenzie was also fantastic at keeping updated on progress. We're very happy with the final plans. Good value for money too.
