Damadge items and they will not change
Sio, delivery was delayed for the garden table for 8 persons (table and chairs in a lot) that I bought. Then, when the items arrived, one of the chairs was damaged. I contacted them and they replied to me that they do not have any other chairs as the items were on sold and that either I give back the chair and stay with 7 or I repair it myself. Third option I give back the set paying the delivery cost!!!! They will not change the set, they will not change the group of chairs. This is fraud.
Well, I had been forced to accept a solutions, but I am definitely not happy with it.
You would not change the chair, you would not change the set of chairs and if I want to retract I have to pay delivery cost.
So either I stay with a repaired chair, or with 7 chairs or I pay.... All bad options
I still feel I have been scammed.
