Paragon One helped me nurture a passion for conservation through its program in collaboration with the National Geographic Society and The Nature Conservancy. Our program manager, Christie, offered valuable support throughout the whole experience to keep me on track with my goals. Having talked to experts from NGS and TNC empowered me to be a changemaker through research, storytelling, and collaboration.

Paragon one provided me with a lifetime of experience through their externship. Through interactive mapping softwares, expert sessions and office hours they generated an interactive workspace, enabling me to learn more in a short span of time. Their constant enagagement and support provided me to explore the local and global aspects of freshwater conservation. Overall they provided me a wonderful learning experience on climate and conservation.

I really had a great time during my externship because the people is very supportive and can understanding. I have also have the chance to expand my knowledge and get deeper about the research stuff. But I hope there is a section to track about the percentage of our absence so we could know.

I had an amazing experience at Paragone One. During my time there, I was able to work on some really interesting and challenging projects alongside a team of talented individuals. The company culture was also a great fit for me - everyone was friendly, supportive, and passionate about their work.

One of the things I appreciated most about my time at Paragone One was the emphasis on personal and professional growth. The company provided regular training opportunities and encouraged students to take on new challenges and expand their skill sets.

When I heard about the National Geographic & The Nature Conservancy Externship, I said to myself wow! What an opportunity. The process to apply is very well designed and enables you to really share who you are to link it to the externship. During this experience our managers were really nice and answer all of your questions. The experts invited to the meetings were amazing as well as the overall experience for which I am really grateful.

The communication was effective and allowed to keep track with the progress during the externship

I think this gave a lot of students, myself included, a chance to take initiative and create something with the added bonus of having support along the way

Lovely experience! Everyone was incredibly helpful and amiable.

It was the way the platform was easy to use and how wonderful the companies involved were so good .And how almost the staff from paragon, NGS ,TNC where so supportive. The young people part of the program too where extremely brilliant and fun to work with .

It was a new experience, i enjoyed that we have the opportunity to network with other student and to meet profetionals that works in conservation with well known companies.
I also admire that it is a remote externship so you work at the time you want.

The Freshwater & Community Conservation Externship powered by Paragon One provides students and young professionals with the opportunity to gain practical experience in freshwater and community conservation while working remotely. The mentorship and support from professionals in the field, as well as access to training materials and resources to enhance skills and knowledge made my experience great. I got opportunity to gain practical experience in freshwater conservation and make a positive impact on the environment and local communities. Paragon One offers online courses, mentorship programs, and externships to help students and young professionals develop their skills and gain practical experience in various fields. The programs are designed to be flexible and personalized to the individual's interests and goals.

I am glad to have had the opportunity to be an Extern under Paragon One coordination. On my side, all went well, I really loved the openness, integration and clarity of the team.

The support system was great and rich content that was engaging.

The representatives and team leads were super informative and knowledgeable and the entire externehip was a great learning experience!

My experience in the NGS/TNC was really great due to the company meetings which my improved my organizational skills, I was able to learn from experts who are great in their niche. I was able to network with like-minded people who are concerned about conservation as well.

Such an amazing experience to learn and meet people from around the world sharing and discussing an important issue! I like how Paragon One manages this program with all the meetings, student platform, student support, etc. All of them have been very helpful and effective.

It was a great experience for me, I learned a lot during the externship about water conservation, but also about how to conduct a proper marketing research.
