Excellent customer service! Always on top of things!

Best decision I’ve ever made. U can never go wrong with building your credit if u want that then this is the card to get.

I recently joined EXTRA as a good friend of mine has been building her credit using Extra and strongly recommended it to me. So far my experience has been really great. Customer service has been amazing, I love the option to build credit without having to apply for another standard credit card. I’m looking forward to seeing how it improves my credit over time.

Honestly I love extra. I use it as my Reguar form of payment instead of my debit card so I can get credit for EVERYTHING I purchase. Even if it’s just a pack of gum!

Customer service is also great! I don’t have to wait hrs to speak to a HUMAN ( not a robot) I’m honestly proud to be a customer of Extra.

I love Extra. It honestly helped build my credit a whole lot faster than I was expecting. It’s nice to be able to use it for everyday purchases, and due to it functioning like a debit card is what really helped my credit the most since I only use my credit cards for travel and large purchases. Having a spending power is nice too so that I don’t overdue. I definitely recommend this card for absolutely anyone, huge bonus is their customer service, kind, helpful, and very timely responses.

I got this card when I was looking for a secured card to boost my credit. This works perfectly. There is a monthly $12 fee. They report on time every month and they have a rewards program where every dollar you spend is rewarded in points that unlock items in their store front. Some of us have bad credit, some of us just need responsibility, this card and program can offer improved credit and teach you how to manage your credit better. Lastly, the customer service is 24/7 and top notch. I highly recommend!

I recommended everyone to apply for this card because it really help you out on financing and improve your credit scores! The costumer service is really good on help you out when you need their assistance! It worth every moneys you spend on this card and rewards is awesome!

This is a game changer of a service. The fact that I can use my own money to boost my credit score is amazing. If that wasn’t enough the customer service is top notch.

I got a strange error in the software and it was quickly resolved and the rep was very responsive over email as I got the first response within minutes and then follow-up quickly after.

Sign up was so simple. Logged into Chime Bank and instantly had a pretty good spending power that was accessible immediately. Well worth the cost.

Have been using this app for a few months now and has helped my credit score already! Perfect for hotels versus a standard debit card because you get your deposit back much quicker. Extra is best way to build credit. It boosted my credit scores only using this card for 4 months. It provides free credit score on the app and its convenient to use. Highly recommended!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Extra since 2021. Consumer Service has been great in my experience. I've also enjoyed the journey of going from NO credit history, to good credit - thanks to this product. I tell people about it as an alternative to credit cards all the time!
