If I could give this a “0” I would. Been waiting 3 months for my hat and there has been zero communication. I reached out and haven’t heard anything back from them. Will never buy from them again and I recommend you don’t either.

Placed order for a hat on February 11, 2026. Got order # and tracking info.

Based on that email, tracking showed order in Ireland for from 2/13 - 2/25.
On 2/26 tracking shows in Alaska in customs.

Since the 2/26 it has not moved.
I have sent have seven letters to customer service. I have had a response evert inquiry with the same type of response. It’s on the way, we checked it’s coming, having logistics delays but it will be delivered.
My last inquiry was on 4/2. On 4/3 they assured that my order is on the way. They also reminded me they will be closed for a 3 day holiday.

Terrible service!!!!!!!

Ordered product in good faith, nothing arrived after 1 week, now 2 weeks and still nothing and no expected delivery date.

Very Poor.

The clothing I ordered was terrible quality. They are refusing to honor their own return policy! They offered me 2 dollars for a 25 dollar purchase. Don’t go near them!

The price was a total steal for these products! Felt Christmas Tree set and Fleece Mask, both were exceptional for the cost. Loved the quality - definitely value for money. I highly recommend it.

The packaging was seriously impressive. The items came in a sturdy, well-sealed box, providing excellent protection during transit. When I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised by the neat organization inside, with each piece carefully wrapped individually. The quality of packaging showed great attention to detail and made the whole unboxing experience a real delight.

The mask is incredibly warm, perfect for winter months. It is made from soft fleece that feels comfortable on skin. The Christmas tree set offers an enjoyable DIY experience. Briquao Co.,Ltd Is just a scam. I ordered a massive balloon ball and they sent a small glow in the dark balloon. I have informed PayPal however, I am sure I will get the usual response which is they want you to return it to China at your own expense and you never get the money back. Why can PayPal continue to let this company use their platform?

Where do I start…Saw their “silk” UV blocking cardigan(shrug) on Facebook and thought it looked cute to cover my arms in the summer. (Right after I purchased I saw the same product on another website for $10 less btw.) It took months to receive the delivery! They first said it cleared customs in Ireland, when I live in the US!!! Then when I received it, it is way too small, barely covers my armpits and is not “silk” but rayon (hardly will be cool in the heat!). I am happy to do business with manufacturers in China, but you need to do your homework to find out which ones are legit. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

If I could do less than a zero I would. My daughter ordered a sweater and put it on PayPal. I received a confirmation of the order May 8 at 5:33 PM. I canceled the order on May 8 at 5:40. They told me I was too late. It had been shipped. I contacted PayPal, who said File a complaint.. I did and PayPal found no fault with the order. This company is the worst. They changed the amount after I received confirmation. They added $10. PayPal was no help at all. I won’t be using them anymore

While they're very good about tracking updates and such, they are completely worthless if you need to make a return or exchange. I ordered the sun knit cardigan. Based on their size guide, the Large that I ordered should have been too big for me. I should have ordered a Small instead. That being said, the Large was far too small, thus, it doesn't fit making their size guide unreliable. When I inquired about a return or exchange, they simply said it would be costly and they recommend I keep it. Well, it's going in the garbage. I would advise not to do business with this company unless you are sure the item you ordered will work for you.

I received my package, even if it did take quite a long time to get to me. However, one of the "let's get lit" hats, the lights don't even work, which defeats the purpose.

I have to say that for the price I paid overall, I am very disappointed with the cheap quality of the hats. And they are definitely not a "one size fits all" size.

I won't be buying anything from them again. Don't believe their promises of fast delivery and quality merchandise!

EXTRACTIONY AND BRIQUAO CO are companies that give China a bad name. my order arrived with integral parts missing. So completely not fit for purpose.
i requested a refund or replacement bot refused until i had returned the item to China at my own expense. Courier cost would have been double the value of the item. So I declined to return it. Despite photographic evidence they refused to accept that the item was useless and suggested I "give it to a friend" if I did not like it. My money and time totally wasted on these people. Paypal not able or willing to put pressure on the suppliers. I now see from social media that these companies have been pulling the same scam for a long time. My advise is to be careful when dealing with them or avoid them totally

I received my order completely damaged! Sent in a photo etc. for refund. No reply! Very disappointed! Lynne Ibarguen

It makes great shirts. Neck a little tight, but stretches.

Sizing was way out. Trying to get a return led me in circles. It was not fit for purpose but it is not worth my time chasing my tail trying to get a refund. Be careful with this company as after service is limited and designed to make you give up.

I clicked on a button to review my order, but the order went through somehow. I immediately tried to cancel my order, but they said they couldn't. They asked me to wait until I received my order, to see if I might like it anyway. When I received it a month later, I hated it - poor quality & fit. After about 30 emails back & forth, they still refused to refund my money. They said they had sent me what I ordered. I explained that the item was unsatisfactory to me, and I never intended to order it in the first place. But they still refused. I did not receive acceptable customer service.

They sent me a delivered notice but never received my order. Was told to knock on doors to see if my neighbor have it. I paid for delivery it’s up to the company that I receive my order… Beware

This company has a bad business practice. I tried to cancel with a couple of hours I placed order and they said order already sent out. I only received order a month later. The fabric of the sweater is not as described and size is like children size. These are inferior goods that should not be sold in US markets or anywhere else. No customer service at all.
