Don’t trust the website reviews they are paid for. Literally all of them. Any photos you see are from influencers who are willing to sell out the girls for a quick check. Lame and a lot of effort for poor quality AliExpress dress.

Total scam. They steal pictures from other websites like House of CB and Oh Polly and manufacture cheap knockoffs of their products. 0/10. Don’t do it

Absolute Scam. Do not order from this company. Customer service is non existent. The order form on their website auto corrected to my shipping address, which is saved with my credit card info, even though I typed in my daughter's address as this was meant to be a gift. I noticed immediately and called right away. I got no help from Extra Doll even though I sent several e-mails and phone calls to correct the address on the order so it would be sent to my daughter, not to me. They basically do not respond to anything. I contacted my credit card company to report what was going on and was told that I could refuse delivery. Credit Card processed a temporary refund for the dress and the expedited shipping. I never opened the door for DHL and so DHL returned the dress to China (where it came from). Extra Doll disputed the dispute that I had with my credit card company by sending a copy of their "no return" policy. Extra Doll eventually got to keep the money and the dress. I am out $189 dollars. I read later that the dresses are knockoffs, don't fit properly and are made of cheap fabric. Perhaps so, but a cheap knock off is better than getting nothing at all. Credit Card Company has closed my case and Extra Doll has gotten away with it.....

A LITERAL SCAM HOW DO THESE PEOPLE STILL HAVE A WEBSITE?

Scam!! I ordered on May 13, and found it odd that the same shipping/tracking number wasn't moving. I have that app that can trace all of your orders and it told me it couldn't track from this company. So I reached out on May 20 and an automated email said it was shipped dont be alarmed if you don't see movement. I asked a question and they didn't answer it. I then reached out to them again today the 31st and the same automated email replied. I am noticing to dispute with Apple pay. I will not use Apple pay again. I thought it was going to be similar to PayPal and it'd not. I'm so pissed right now. I should've read all the reviews.

Ordered a dress from them and then they give you like 15 minutes to order a second item for half the price - which I did . But the selection is limited on what you can order on the second item and I now know why. First dress was beautiful but second dress has a defective zipper. When I reported to them they said sorry no refund unless defective. I said it is defective then no response after emailing them several times . Will have to see if my credit card company can get my money back .

Item was not worth the money. It was very flimsy material. They have a no refund policy. You can only return for same item and different size. I will never order from them again.

The company is a scam, I ordered a dress since January 2022 and it’s now May 2022, item never received. I got a bogus tracking number that never had any delivery update, when I sent an email to request my money back because I never received the dress I ordered, I got no response.
Please stay away from them, clearly it’s a scam.

This producer is the absolute worst, customer service is horrible. Make sure you are aware of their return policy. Also only will take an extremely long time to receive your product.

Also agree with the other reviews for this company! The dress is wayyyy smaller than the size chart and shorter than the pictures. Not accepting returns should have been a massive red flag for me. No response as yet to accept an exchange for a larger size. Although it looks like I'd have to pay for return shipping. Poor customer service!

These are scam artists, their clothes are completely fake and extremely Al cheap. They have zero customer service. I am disputing credit card charges now

I placed an order and I have never received it. I emailed them as they won’t provide a phone number. They told me there are no returns. Hard to return something I have never received.

My experience seems to be like everyone else’s. It took 7 weeks to receive my dress. The size was off from the measurements they suggested to order. The length was much shorter than the photo also. The quality seemed so-so for the price. There is no response after sending 4 emails. By the time I get a return, it would be past the return window and too late to use for the event I purchased it for. I am disputing now with my credit card company.
