In my opinion you can judge how customer friendly a company is when something is not standard or difficult.

I needed some shocks for my mazda an i could not find them on the internet. I ordered at extreme carstyling, because they promissed 6 day delivery.They did not have this specifc part on stock, but they took it upon tem to start looking for me found the shocks somewhere else and deliverd them to me within the promised timeframe.

Ordered for my BMW E36 youngtimer shock absorbers Bilstein B12 Pro kit. Everything came with a slight delay as indicated on the website.Well recived from DHL.

Ordered a Milltek performance exhaust from these guys. Though there were some delivery delays due to new Brexit rules the Extreme Carstyling team was communicated regularly and stayed on top of it until I got my parts. Very happy with the service, and the exhaust sounds amazing! Thanks!

I ordered a set of Eibach springs that we advertised as free next day delivery to the UK by DHL. The were sent by standard post and took over a week to arrive. When I contacted Extreme Carstyling they blamed Brexit and said they couldn't use DHL despite it being quite clearly displayed on their website. Co-incidentally, the website changed after I contacted them.

I was promised a 10% refund for the inconvenience which was never sent.

Product was good, price was ok, but service was extremely lacking.

I will never recommend this company or use them ever again. 11th of jan 2020 I purchased a bilstein b12 kit. I contacted them on the 15th to see when they would be delivered and they said there on back order till March so I asked for a refund. They said we’ll see what we can do. I couldn’t get hold of them till the week after and told them I had found someone with them in stock. Still asking for a refund and they said should be this week. Waited again and no refund. So I go I touch with them again. They sent a refund that day by e cheque which takes 10 working days so between 3-6 of feb a should see my money. What a joke this company is with payment methods we have these day 🙈
