Only 3 stars because it’s taken over 18 months for someone to come out and clean. That said the guy who came out was lovely and very pleasant I would highly recommend him and my oven looks like new.

I am very pleased with the oven clean today. Your engineer was a credit to your company. Polite cheerful and has done an excellent job.
I am disappointed that I am having to cancel the subscription but have found that I have got it with the appliance insurance. However as mentioned to your engineer I am interested in having the air cooker covered or an approximate price for next year. I have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Technician arrived in good time

Only negativity if I had to give one but would not complain as the job was done to perfection
Perhaps the Technician could have been a little friendlier.
However it was a very hot day and it was the middle of the afternoon.
She worked very hard and was a little softer before leaving.
I would not hesitate to recommend.

The technician who attended my address, Tim, was a credit to himself and to this company who he works for. He was very professional, carried out excellent work and was A1.
However, the Director, who spoke with me on the phone this morning, really ought to leave the calls to the female staff, as he is totally belligerent, speaks over the paying customer, full of his self importance and tries to project his staffing levels and problems onto the customer. What started out as a lovely sunny day for me, ended up an angry day, all because of his arrogance and total disregard of customer service. He should remind himself that customers are paying for this service and should expect at least a civil level of service, especially from the Director. My custom is now going to a non rude, non sanctimonious company.

Have used them for a number of years always very happy with the result and today was no exception. Easy to book and paying monthly makes the whole process smooth, with annual reminders when the next clean is due. Friendly and efficient. Would heartily recommend
