A very rude person arrived knocked like a maniac on the door knocker followed by a 30 second lean on the doorbell followed by another aggressive manic on the door knocker - when I was trying to calm my daughters new born baby upstairs - my daughter let her in and took her into the kitchen and she said "what do you want me to do?" as though this was a surprise that she was cleaning the ovens - my daughter offered her tea or coffee she said "NO" I then came down after I had managed to help with the baby - apologised for not being there when she arrived - she then went into a diatribe about how the dustbins were in the way so she couldn't park her van easily on my driveway - she was rude and sullen. I then offered her a tea or coffee she replied "no" without even looking at me. I then asked if she was going to clean the washing machine as was the plan - she muttered under her breath that she had already finished the oven and quite clearly was not going to do the washing machine - she was horrible to have in my house I have never experienced such a vile rude person - I could not wait for her to finish and get out of my house - she did then mutter about where was the washing machine by which time all I could say was leave it finish and go as quickly as possible she was absolutely vile to have around. I am a very easy going person and always very friendly to anyone who comes into my house offering refreshment etc but in less than 1 minute I hated her presence and wanted her to leave - she was a negative horrible person I was amazed at how she meant me feel. I complained to your customer services team who were very sympathetic and kind but this service was really quite horrible - not in terms of the oven cleaning but such an unbelievable rude manner which made me feel I didn't want her in my house. Very upsetting

Very professional in what they do I would recommend this company 100% to every one now you can pay monthly so don't have to pay in one go they keep you updated on what time they will turn up all I can say they are brilliant

My oven, washing machine and dishwasher were cleaned yesterday to perfection. Shiny and bright, as new! I would like to thank the young man who provided these miracles. He was attentive and thorough and the outcome was perfect. I have been having Extreme Homecare Oven Cleaning for some years and certainly will continue to do so. I thank them sincerely for their excellent service.

Arrived when stated. Started cleaning straight away. Danny was brilliant got on with the job in hand and when finished showed me the appliances. Amazing like new. Danny worked really hard and was very professional.

Scott was great. He was unable to park near our house (he wouldn't have known) and had to improvise to make it work. He made no fuss, got on with it and did a brilliant, sparkly job! He was friendly and professional. Great bloke!

Good cleaning service but left oven hob not working as had moved main ring. This should have been checked after cleaning.

Really good communication from the company and Chris did an excellent job cleaning our double oven and hob - it's never looked so clean. He was also very tidy and didn't leave any mess.
