The customer service provided was exceptional. The issue with my damaged component was resolved efficiently and without complications, demonstrating both promptness and professionalism. I will confidently acquire additional products from EOS company.

Extremely poor customer service. They told me it could take up to 10 business days for my item to be built and shipped by the manufacturer, however after 10 days I contacted the manufacturer myself and they never even paid them!! Ridiculously unprofessional. Stay away.

Terrible customer service. No communication and misleading advertising on their website.

1st my apologies for the long review.

I have a 2025 C8 Corvette Z51 that came with the OEM spoiler. In my opinion…This car is made for a high wing spoiler. I ordered the Z06 high wing spoiler conversion package in carbon flash with the understanding that it would be 5-6 week delivery time. I received the spoiler package about 5 ½ weeks after ordering. Here are the pro’s and con’s.

Pro’s

1. The delivery time was advertised.
2. The lower cover panel looks excellent on the car and covers the factory Z51 mounting holes perfectly.
3. The internal mounting brackets and design are well engineered and meets or exceeds expectations.
4. Overall - the wing looks great on the car.

Con’s

1. The spoiler’s overall paint finish was not as expected and nowhere near being close to OEM. Both winglet edges were damaged or had areas of incomplete or over-spraying along the wing and winglets. Paint lines were not smooth and there were several other places along the wing that were dinged or damaged. (I had a body shop make the repairs at my cost.)
2. No installation instructions provided.
3. No parts breakdown or list provided. So, you cannot do an inventory to see what parts are missing – if any.
4. The internal mounting brackets were mislabeled. Both labeled Left. However they did fit properly.
5. The mounting hardware and fasteners were not as good quality as one would expect. I provided better hardware. Screws, nuts, and bolts at my cost.
6. There were no angle bracket covers sent with the original order. I had to contact Customer Service to get them sent out to me. (They did so, and I had them within 5 days.). I had to take the car back to the body shop to be installed (additional cost to me). A parts list would have prevented the additional time and costs to complete the installation.
7. Note: The wing was well protected with bubble wrap when received. However – there was no internal packing to keep the wing and hardware bag from banging and moving around inside of the shipping box during shipping.

Concerning the overall experience:

Customer service is pretty prompt and provides somewhat good customer service. However – everything is handled via email if there is a problem that exists with your order. So be prepared. Please note: In my case – I had a professional body shop do the installation. Damage to the winglets and other dings were not found until the installation process had already started on the car. When I contacted Customer Service and let them know of the issues and requested a new replacement wing be sent – I was told that customer installed products cannot be returned or exchanged. At this point in the installation process - the wing had not been installed; only the protective shipping bubble wrap was then removed for inspection. They offered a 15% refund instead of standing behind their product and getting an undamaged wing sent out. The 15% did not cover my additional costs to get the wing into a finished product state. For the price point and the quality of the finish on the wing – I would not and cannot recommend this product. Quality control is definitely needed on this product. Additionally - while driving at normal highway speeds (75mph) the wing physically oscillates, flexes, and deflects at the wing tips as much as 1/2 to 3/4 inch. The deflection is very noticeable and very bothersome. Buyer beware of this product and supplier.

I’ve been wanting to add a high wing to my C8 for a while now, and I’m seriously glad I went with this one from EOS. The carbon fiber is legit — super clean weave, glossy, and looks way more expensive than it actually is. I’ve seen similar wings go for double the price, and the quality doesn’t even come close.

Fitment was honestly way better than I expected. Everything lined up right out of the box, no weird gaps or drilling headaches. Installed it myself using one of their YouTube videos and it turned out perfect. Looks super aggressive and totally changed the rear end of the car — in a good way.

I actually bought a different wing before from another seller and ended up returning it. The carbon looked kinda fake, the fit was off, and it just didn’t feel solid. This one from EOS is on a whole different level.

Price is also solid for what you’re getting. Fast shipping in 3 days, packed well, and it showed up in perfect shape. I’d absolutely buy from EOS again.
