During the checkout process

During the checkout process, they do not show you their shipping method. So I do not know if I need to use my mailing or physical address. I thought they would ship everything UPS or FedEx so I use my physical address. They shipped it USPS now I will not get my order.

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safe from damage. All standard shipping orders can be shipped vis USPS, UPS, or FedEx. It depends on which carrier is the most cost effective for your location and the items in your order. We attempt to choose the best option for your order. Since FedEx and UPS do not delivered to PO boxes, if you enter a PO box as your shipping address you order may be delayed while we reach out to you for a physical address. If you do enter a PO box address in the shipping fields, we ask that you also provide a physical address as well to avoid delays.

We do value your comments as the feedback that we receive from our customers allows us to see what improvements we can make to the products and services we offer our customers. We shared your feedback with the appropriate department for them to review and see if this is an option we can add.

Placed 2 orders

Placed 2 orders. Both times incorrect. Had to call, setup drop off and return. Wait for them to receive my return then 3-4 days ship my replacement. That was also wrong. 4 weeks and still waiting for what I ordered fraud website and policy. DO NOT ORDER.

New Top, New Old Look

So far, the Shipping was great, it was delivered and put safely out of site only for me to find. getting the top warmed up to get on the jeep. so far loving it.
the top went on and "WoW" I'm liking it, all most a new jeep. now other improvements are being looked at. Thanks, ExtremeTerrain.

Email harassment....

I ordered the product several days ago, it is due to arrive today. In that short time I have received a flood of marketing and sales emails. It borders on harrassment! This is not what I am looking for in a company I would like to do business. I can't block the emails because I need the product I ordered. Trust me, after I get my bump stops I will be blocking this email account.

The OPR OE Replacement Radiator (07-18…

The OPR OE Replacement Radiator (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK)
Item #: J243995 that I ordered is missing a passenger side mount for the transmission cooler and the passenger side mount for the for the a/c condenser did not line up.

We do apologize that there were parts missing from the OPR OE Replacement Radiator that you recently received, and that the passenger side mount for the air conditioner condenser did not line up correctly,

We can set up a request to try to get the missing components shipped to you. To set this up, please contact our Customer Service and they can assist you you setting this request up.

We did some research regarding the passenger side mount for the air conditioner condenser not lining up properly and here are some trouble shooting tips:

A replacement radiator's passenger-side A/C condenser mount likely didn't line up due to manufacturing tolerances in aftermarket parts, improper condenser placement, or lingering damage from a previous collision. Other common issues include missing or misaligned rubber bushings, or a radiator that was not properly inserted into the lower mounting slots first.

• Improper Installation Order: The radiator must be fed from the bottom and seated into the lower rubber bushings and plastic retainers before the top mounts can align.

• Aftermarket Tolerances: The new radiator or condenser may have slight measurement differences, requiring minor bending or modification to the mounting brackets to fit.

• Misaligned Components: The condenser might be too far forward or backward, requiring loosening all associated fasteners (including the condenser itself) to maneuver the components into place.

• Incorrect Part: The new condenser might have a different configuration (e.g., a cutout for a specific vehicle model) that does not match the radiator mounts, causing misalignment.

• Retained Hardware: Plastic brackets from the old condenser, which guide the passenger-side mount, might not have been transferred to the new unit.

To fix this, loosen all mounting bolts, align the lower radiator support tabs first, and ensure the rubber insulating bushings are seated correctly.

We do show that this replacement radiator should fit a 2015 Jeep . If this item is not working for your Jeep, we can also assist you in setting up a return and we can assist you in locating a different radiator that you may prefer.
