I think the refund policy is a joke

I think the refund policy is a joke. I mean you don’t actually get to see the glasses or try on so it is a huge factor if you do not like how big they are. But you are out of at least 1/2 of your money. Not at all satisfied with the glasses I received. Would not recommend to anyone.

I really liked the selection

I really liked the selection. I liked the prices and the deals. I do not like the length of time that it has taken to actually get my glasses. This portion needs a lot of work. I like the speed and effort that was taken after I emailed with my concerns. Very fast response. I think that if your glasses are going to take longer to process than the company should reach out with an explanation. Also I ordered two pairs of glasses, one was delayed longer, I asked to have the ready pair shipped sooner. There must have been some confusion on which pair was being sent first. Because the pair that was supposed to have been shipped first, was not the pair I received first. So that aspect could use some work. The delay is irritating. But not unhappy with the glasses that I have received.

They were very cute but the right lens…

They were very cute but the right lens had few cracks in it that got bigger tried to message but got no answer back. I just spoke to someone and they were very understanding and replaced my lense. I would recommend them to everyone they are very polite and understanding.

Transitional lenses on my glasses that I just got

My lenses didn't have transitional lenses like they were supposed to so yeah I'm giving you a little waiting and another thing my readers that I got has writing on the lenses and I have no idea how to get the writing off so yeah you got a little waiting for that one too yeah not good

There was miscommunication in…

There was miscommunication in preparation of glasses. I repeatedly sent a copy of prescription and still received glasses with just clear lenses. The frame is beautiful. I just wish they would have put in the prescription lenses. But, that's ok
