Ordered on 22 December 2025. Nothing arrived. Contacted them by email, they said that it would be delivered by Thursday. Didn’t come. A week later said again that it would be delivered by Thursday. Same result. Nothing came. And now it’s 27 January. Since then for the past week I’ve sent four emails and they are not even responding now. Clearly it is a scam and nothing has been sent. Do not purchase from them. You will lose your money. Worst experience I’ve had.

I have to admit that I’m sooooo disappointed since I’m waiting for delivery for more then 3 weeks and still no information from customer service when it will be delivered. I wouldn’t like to give you bad reviews just because of lack of communication from customer service’s side, but it looks like that this is the only way have to get attention. Hope I’ll get product till the end of this year and at least have the opportunity to try it.

Ask my money back and no one is responding
I ordered December 26. Today is January 15 and hasn’t arrived yet. I sent an email a week before, and they replied sorry, we will contact the courier to speed up. I sent an email 2 days before asking my money back and no one replied! I think they are a fraud! How can I get my money back????

Rubbish customer service
Arrived damaged. Requested return and refund. Initially agreed but then back tracked and said they would send a replacement. I sent numerous emails saying i didnt want the product and asking for a refund but was ignored every time. Havent tried the product as was initially a gift for a friend so cant comment on effectiveness but the companys customer service is annoyingly ineffective
