These people are frauds and selling really cheap Chinese Spects at high prices. They promise to give you amazon gift voucher against your purchase but not sending any. Stay away and do not spend even a single rupee.

They are just better than nothing they running faq Amazon gift voucher offer it is so stressful even they making lame excuses when you asking your voucher as per the offer even their views did no match to each other don't do that people trust you that's not fair at all

As promised they did not provide the Amazon gift cards. When I mailed them they are asking for the form screenshot.. how nonsense is this? You guys have order numbers and every detail and still asking to fill a form? Absolutely cheater website. I mailed them many times but they do not care at all. And yes products are worse than a road side products. Do not ever buy anything from this website.

What a worst experience I had with eyemyeye as they not even have a return policy of buy one get one free if there is circumstances in which customers receive defective and damage product then who will be responsible for it??? I received used scratchy and damaged lens product and even i complain to customer care of them they denied to help me out and said mail out senior iam joke ??? I paid 1590 for this worst order horrible experience with them I want to return it ASAP as it's useless for me as it's not in perfect condition and it's my right to return it on the spot order I'd:- (EY2206233010477) I got reply from them they said it won't pick up then who will pay for the damaged glasses that i recieved tell me?????

I bought an eyeglasses with order id EY2806233018884 on 28th june which i got on 3rd of this monthI also uploaded my prescription instead of getting eyeglasses of my prescription they send me the Eyewear of some other prescription which is pathetic. If even after getting prescription you cant make correct product then its better to buy from local shops. I will never ever buy from eyemyeye and make sure that nobody in my circle will also buy

My eyeglass frame got broken automatically. They use very cheap plastic frames. They are unable to cover it warranty. I baught it last month only by paying more than 800RS

just used for one month and the frame started to develop crack. Support team is saying it's not a manufacturing defect and won't cover under warranty.
what a pathetic product quality and support.
not sure what it means to provide 1 year warranty totally fraud.

Already check with your support team they are claiming this as physical damage not as manufacturing defects or you are selling worst quality product. Great then I should say that first time in in my life I have faced such pathetic and worst quality product which developed crack just in one month in normal usages. People should stay away from such fraud company.

Worst type of eyeglasses which breaks so easily. I had 5 eyeglasses from this store and now all of their frames are broken now. Poor quality. I got other 2 from lenskart which I bought 5-6 years ago and they are still perfect. So go buy from lenskart but not from this site.

No doubt they are offering nice quality product range at best price. The actual issues are with their company policies as they are not providing replacement, return and refund process is as slow as likea walking tortoise. It is very time consuming and like torture. Beside it they don't have better customer care who can manage the things. For every client issue they just reply it is company policy and they can't do more.

I returned my product with order id- EY2103232823098 and for which the refund must have been initiated by now. The customer support team said that a chargeback request is generated from my end but no such request has been generated by me. Even the team is not responding to my emails.

I already send mail to the support team along with the invoice and pic of the damage product .
Customer support executive also had rude behavior, they told me they can't do anything do whatever you can.

Useless company. I needed glasses urgently for my exams and it's already been over 10 days. The status just says the order is getting ready. Also the customer service is worst. They say they have operational issues, their system is working slow that's why there is delay.

I think EyeMyEye is shutdown their services and just accepting orders and later no updates & money is getting stuck just like a SCAM

No variety available in selection of frames. For last 5-6 months, new stock has not been added. Huge delay in delivery of spectacles. Low quality frames and lenses. Get easily scratched in spite of buying premium lenses.

Worst experience. Never buy from this website. Sh!t customer service. No sense of order delivery. For one month I didn't recieve the order so I cancelled it and it's been another month now and still haven't received the refund for the order also.

It's absolutely horrible. Never ever place order on this platform. These jerks don't have any kind of commitment or responsibility. They have not delivered my order even after 25 days. The customer care team is absolutely useless. They only escalate and remain quiet. Simple excuse is operational issue. Infact, they don't have products and logistics arrangements. That's the primary reason for the delay. Pathetic service. Never ever place any order on with EyeMyEye

I had got the order on 26 sep 22 and wanted to return it as was not fitting properly so still waiting for the return to take place and it is 29 oct 22 worse company with worse management and even when called the company to check any update there they have nothing to share and will only say that it will be picked up within 24- 48 hours.

AVOID! Arrogant, rude staff. The female store assistant talked to us in an irritated condescending tone of voice. Their selection is poor and very narrow. Mostly ugly, overpriced pieces nobody wants to wear. Poorly managed, toxic atmosphere. We felt very unwelcome.
