Horrible service. I had ordered last month and still have not received my product. When we call they keep Dodging the question and beat around the bush saying I will receive it. They are neither delivering the product nor refunding the amount. This is a fraud company. Please do not order anything from these people

Amount deducted, but order never got placed
I placed an order and the amount got deducted from my account. However on their site, it said that the payment failed. So no order was placed and the amount was paid for NOTHING. Complete fraud going on. Do not buy anything from this place. Worst customer service too. The chat you have with an agent doesnt get saved. If you close the window the whole process of giving name, email id and phone number starts again. Pathetic experience overall. Will never buy anything from this site 🙏
