nice packaging, timely mailing excellent job

I still don’t have the order I was expecting it over a week ago.

Fast easy great experience great process ordered them the sunglasses got them in a week. Unlike another place they told me I would have them in a few days and then sent me an email saying it would be be sometime between February and August.

For the frames I purchased (Hugo Boss 1125/U), Eyeons provided the best price, timely emails informing me of the status of my order and prompt, secure shipping via UPS. As per their guarantee, these frames have every indication of being authentic. They even included an extra cleaning cloth. I would definitely order from Eyeons again!

Great price on my Oakley sunglasses, and delivery took about a week. Great experience.

Great product although there are apparent issues with verification for credit card purchases. I bought a pair of sunglasses and the purchase went through although several days later I received an email from eyeons asking my to cancel the order and reorder via Zelle or PayPal or send a picture ID and a picture of my credit card. It was rather ridiculous, but several days later they were able to “verify” me as an authentic person or something. I did ultimately receive exactly what I ordered at a great price but it was frustrating.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for for a good price.

Seller shipped out the Oakley sunglasses the next shipping day. They also sent out emails to notify when it shipped and then followed up with me with any questions. The pricing of the glasses wasn’t the lowest on the internet but it was lower than the msrp. I would definitely do business with them again.

Fantastic experience! We compared a LOT of online vendors before placing an order for Ralph Lauren frames. The customer service rep we spoke with was honest - everything we were told was true. The frames arrived in approximately 7 days. They are authentic (not cheap knock offs). The price was a fraction of what Lenscrafters wanted. We took the frames to VisionWorks for the lenses and everything went perfectly. Hightly recommend EyeOns!!!
