First time buying from this company I received a great product at a good price and it was posted out to me very quickly

Cant fault the service, order placed and here within a couple of days. The product looks good but the instructions could be written better. The quality of the recording is pretty spot on so no complaints

My items arrived very quickly, discreetly packed and as described. I had a query and I wasn't supported by one but TWO people. Very professional and helpful company.

Pen arrived in good time and looks fine BUT on inserting memory card into my laptop I found someone elses footage on it. This item is not new!!!! Considering price I would expect it to be brand new.

I would like to honestly comment that the after care service provided by Eyetek Surveillance is outstanding. I had a query regarding a damaged part in September 2020 regarding an item purchased. They were very helpful and able to resolve my query within 48 hours, which I am still in shock. They have any amazing team that is willing to listen and help their customers in anyway, which I experienced first hand. Thanks again guys and I look forward to shopping with you in the near future.

Quick, easy, excellent website, quality product

In this day and age i thought such good service was a thing of the past...very impressed by the communication and speed ... five stars for sure and would not hesitate to recommend this company...

It's very good easy to setup, good quality of the camera. Sometimes it's offline but nothing to worry you just need to reset the charger and in few minutes it would be online again.

First class customer service and top drawer equipment.

Well what can I say? Eyetek really do put the customer first! I bought two items and had to send them back, even though there was nothing wrong with them. I drove the products back myself even though this wasn’t necessary and was greeted by Mandy the owners wife who was very understanding. I felt like they really do care about their customers. Ignore the bad reviews because from what I have experienced, they are a company that will sort it out for you regardless of the query, even if you have had second thoughts. Thank you to the Eyetek team. Their customer service is second to none! X

This unit has got to be the biggest heap of rubish I have ever purchased should be sold as a £20 DIY unit. only works for 10 mins before the camera overheats and shuts down.
