Side shields are hard to order and refunds are very late

I ordered safety glasses that were offered with side shield that I require, but there was no way to make it clear on the order that I wanted them. When the glasses showed up of course, no side shields. When I chatted with eyeweb, they were very difficult about the situation. Eventually, I got them to figure out that I could return them and reorder them with the side shields by mentioning the side shields in the notes. That worked fine, but I had to call them 35 days after the return was processed to get them to refund the order. The only plus here was the side shield were free and the price was very good.

My first time ordering a sun glass…

My first time ordering a sun glass frame from your company. I took them to my Costco eye glass department to have my glass prescription filled, they checked the frame and showed me how warped or distorted your frame was. They advised me that they would have to heat up the frame in the bridge area the straighten the frame as to fit properly. they advised me they could not guaranty against damaging the frame because I did not purchase the frame from them. Very disappointed of your quality control by sending me a frame in this condition. Hoping they will stay straight and will not need readjusting to fit properly. Why do I have to bear the cost to switch out frames that were sent to me distorted if I do a return.

We’re very sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting for your glasses. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

To provide some context, your order was initially held while we waited for prescription confirmation, which we received on December 9. The glasses were then processed, shipped on December 19, and delivered on December 22. Unfortunately, the frame arrived damaged, and once you contacted us, we immediately set up a return and provided a return label on December 24.

The returned item reached our office on the evening of December 31, after business hours, and a replacement frame was ordered as soon as our team was back. We are currently waiting for the new frame to arrive so we can complete your order.

Found the nosepiece needed with ease through the website. The 4”x8” box was larger than needed just for a nose piece, but I’m glad it was large enough it didn’t get lost in the mail. Thanks

Web site hangs up a lot

Web site hangs up a lot. Hart to use. Glasses have a small scratch in upper right not in vision. Was not happy about that. Otherwise not a bad experience.

Style+Goggles= Stoggles <3

You know, I absolutely dislike glasses in general. It just feels taboo to me.
