Ordered a pair of sunglasses from this website - what a fantastic selection of designer ranges they have. great value and super super prompt delivery and communication - thoroughly recommend this supplier.

I was prescribed glasses for the first time and needed varifocals. The selection of frames wasn't great, so I shopped around. I was horrified at the mounting price. In the end, I found a great pair of frames and went through all my options with a High Street optician. Once I was clear about what I needed, the total cost was £700. I then went online and found Eyex. I spoke to their optician who said I would not need lens thinning as my prescription didn't warrant it. He was incredibly informative and helpful. As a result, I ordered my glasses through them and saved more than 50%. The identical frames were half the price of the high street opticians and a better spec of the lenses were also half the price. The glasses arrived very quickly. I cannot fault the service, from start to finish. Very happy and thoroughly recommend Eyex.

Recently brought a pair of prescription glasses from Eyex. Great price & a speedy service. Would highly recommend to anybody!

They promise hassle free returns. Do NOT be fooled. They wanted to unfairly reject my return with any reason they could find. A temperamental website, and a rude stubborn and aggressive owner who berates you and accuses you of disingenuity when you try to take them up on their returns policy.

I ordered my Cutler and Gross 0734s from Eyex and would definitely recommend it. Their collection is vast and trendy top quality but also well organised so it wasn't overwhelming, I quickly found they style I wanted by using their user friendly system try to whittle down the designs. My sunglasses arrived quicky and the team's communication was brilliant (I had some doubts / questions and they were v.good). Will carry on using this site.

On the hunt for a luxurious yet understated pair of new spectacles I came across the new website eyex.co.uk. First of all before I get to the actual product I purchased I would like to briefly talk about the website. Eyex is a fully responsive site which is a huge tick in the box, especially for what is becoming more of a digitally led society of tech savvy consumers. The imagery is beautiful yet detailed, which gives consumers the extra dimension of viewing the products in close detail. Like myself, I'm sure there are plenty of consumers out there who like to look for acute details of a product, be it the buttons on a shirt to the hinges on a pair of spectacles.
Overall it's a fantastic website with a very customer centric user experience which is fundamentally key in this digital age.

Now onto the product that I purchased. I came across a pair of Tom Ford frames (TF5146) in tortoise shell that I fell in love with straight away. The classic look with the modern blue-ish hue to the frame really made these frames stand out. Whilst I was sold on these spectacles I wasn't too sure how they would look on me; however I noticed that Eyex offer free returns which meant that my worry instantaneously disappeared!
Just before checking out I decided to navigate over to the sunglasses section which contained a substantial set of luxurious brands such as Cartier, Bvlgari and Cutler & Gross. Immediately my eyes fell upon a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses (Delray Sun), which after a few rotations of the product image on the lovely product page, ended up in my shopping basket.

My order arrived promptly in beautiful packaging which simply oozed luxury. It is evidently clear that the staff at Eyex pay a lot of attention to detail when it comes to packing their products for shipment. This is key because customer experience should never end at payment, it goes far beyond that; and Eyex have evidently put that into practice.
