Nothing but good experiences with these guys
Having placed a few orders with these guys, I can report nothing but great experiences; prompt and reasonable communication, discounts for returning customers, recently I made a fairly large order and they generously included some extras on top of the 15% returning customer discount. Eztest provides an important harm reduction service and the owners do not make you feel judged and treat you with understanding and respect. Shame we no longer have CheqPoinr in Queensland, but these guys are a reasonable alternative. Thanks Eztest!

One item stated in stock that I ordered…
One item stated in stock that I ordered was actually out of stock, a customer rep emailed within an hour explaining the error and asked what I wanted to do, they were happy to send separately, I was happy to wait and send all together. They bumped my postage up to express and sent it asap.
Then when I received it one of the tests was missing an integral part (the ampoule). I sent them an email and got an instant reply stating that was quite unusual but they'll send a replacement asap.
Very impressed with this companies service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
