EZ Consulting is a small business consulting firm working with owners, operators and finance leaders internationally. We deliver remotely and work in English, French, Japanese and Arabic, so where you are matters less than what you need. We help small and mid-sized businesses run a better back office and make better operational decisions. Our services are built as a ladder, so you can start wherever you are: Templates — downloadable tools for project management, finance and process work Training — self-paced courses in project delivery and operational excellence Coaching — one-to-one support for owners and managers Advisory — fixed-scope engagements on strategy and operations Back-office outsourcing — bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, month-end close, payroll administration and reporting, delivered remotely We're a consulting firm that does bookkeeping, not a bookkeeping firm that also consults. Most providers process whatever you send them. We look at why it arrives that way, and we document the workflow while we clean up the numbers — so you end up with a faster close, not just a tidier ledger. We work alongside your accountant rather than replacing them. We keep the books current all year; they handle your return. We also publish our research openly through the EZ AI Lab. Every claim carries a named source, and we publish what didn't work alongside what did. The diagnostic tools there are free. Tell us what's on your desk that shouldn't be. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call.

Excellent business partners. Looking forward to work more with them. Their advice proved to be indispensable for our operations.
Hi! I had a chance to go through EZ Consulting’s LinkedIn page and your current offerings. Overall, I like the direction, particularly the idea of giving clients different entry points—from templates and training to coaching, advisory, and eventually outsourced/back-office support.
From my perspective working in Business Process Management, Finance Transformation, SAP, governance, and project delivery, I see a good opportunity to strengthen the positioning even further.
What I find particularly good is that EZ Consulting is not positioning consulting as simply giving advice. The combination of frameworks, tools, capability building, advisory, and execution support makes the offering practical, especially for SMEs that may not have the resources for large consulting engagements.
A few thoughts that might help as you continue developing the offerings:
1. Make the client journey more visible.
The five offerings are clear individually, but it may be even stronger to show how a client progresses through them—for example: Assess → Learn → Design → Implement → Operate/Improve. This could make EZ Consulting look less like a collection of services and more like an integrated transformation partner.
2. Strengthen the Business Process Management / Operational Excellence proposition.
I think there is significant potential here. Many SMEs don’t necessarily know that they need “BPM,” but they experience the symptoms: unclear responsibilities, manual work, inconsistent processes, lack of controls, bottlenecks, dependency on key individuals, and difficulty scaling. A structured Process Assessment and Improvement offering could connect very well with your advisory, AI, training, and back-office services.
3. Connect AI more explicitly to business processes.
I like the AI direction, particularly the emphasis on practical adoption. Instead of positioning AI primarily as technology, there could be a strong proposition around identifying which processes should be standardized, simplified, automated, or AI-enabled. In my experience, technology works much better when process and governance come first.
4. Consider a maturity-assessment approach.
A relatively simple diagnostic covering Strategy, Process, People, Technology, Data, Controls/Governance, and Performance could become the starting point for many engagements. The assessment can then naturally lead clients toward the appropriate template, training, coaching, advisory, implementation, or managed service.
5. Make measurable business outcomes more prominent.
For each service, I would emphasize not only what EZ Consulting does, but what changes for the client—for example: shorter cycle time, lower operating cost, better cash visibility, stronger controls, fewer manual activities, improved decision-making, better accountability, or increased capacity to scale.
I also see an interesting opportunity to package some services around specific business problems rather than consulting disciplines—for example, “Finance Process Health Check,” “Founder Bottleneck Assessment,” “90-Day Process Improvement Program,” “AI Readiness & Process Assessment,” or “Project Governance Health Check.” These may be easier for an SME owner to relate to than broad consulting terminology.
Overall, I think the foundation is good. For me, the next opportunity is to make the connection between Strategy → Process → People → Technology → Governance → Measurable Results even clearer. That could differentiate EZ Consulting from firms that either stay at the strategy level or simply sell outsourced services.
Happy to exchange ideas further. I find what you’re building interesting, especially where BPM, operational excellence, finance transformation, project management, and AI adoption intersect.
I’ve had the opportunity to get to know EZ Consulting and have really appreciated the thoughtfulness behind both his approach and the business the owner has built. There’s a genuine focus on helping small and mid-sized businesses create more clarity and better ways of working. A thoughtful, practical business with a clear purpose.
