I am using this service first time for get certificate of no criminal record in Russia. Process is not so fast like I expect, but in general everything is working. They explain me step by step what documents need, and answer my questions when I write email. Price is maybe little high, but for me it is okay because I cannot do it by myself now. In the end I get certificate and it was accepted where I need. So, I can recommend, but you must have little patience.
