Not trustable to collaborate with. One of the rare disappointing experiences and the example of unfair practices of the client that contractors have to face time to time when working with the clients. The client used the consultation for free, justifying it with the promise that the collaboration is guaranteed. Then the contract was signed and I send my proprietary evaluation materials, after that the contract was immediately paused and then stopped. No response from the client, no explanation, just ghosting. And even more - a bad review on the contractor website without any explanation.

Recommend to avoid, especially the collaboration with Marketing decision-makers.

Having had 4 loans over 3 years + and Now all paid in an exemplary form
I find I am having to ask for acknowledgement of the payment performance
I received a I line email, stating we had paid in full , no thanks no expression of value as a customer. changes in their policies appears now to be contradictory to original Ethos , it appears we have now gone full circle , what started of as refreshed form of banking is now in the same rut as most mainstream lenders, very disappointing for all.

Just updating this review..... Just applied for new loan and turned down, despite paying off early and having an excellent credit record. The explanation I was given was that Ezebob has just changed their "internal lending criteria" and so could not give me a valid reason as to why I have been turned down. In January I was approved for a loan of only £15,000. I did not require the loan then and wanted to pay off the existing one first. My circumstances have not changed. I am now furious. My Credit score is 535!- on Equifax with no problems.

Have used Ezbob once before and will be using them again.
Quick and Excellent Service

I have been with Ezbob for two years and I have previously renewed my loan. I was told to apply for a new loan in March 2017. I did only to be declined as I was credit checked. I was not even credit checked when I first took out the loan in 2015. This would of been my third loan, I've never missed a payment and I usually just link up my accounts and they can see my performance and sales. The simple slogan they use ''you will always be one click away from funds.'' if you're an existing customer is completely false. I won't ever take a loan with them again after being treated like a new customer and not a valued existing customer who has always paid on time.

You don't advertise that you credit check existing customers. You say your just one click away from a loan once you've been accepted... This is false. Each time you have to re-link your account, send statements and be credit checked. It is almost like a new application. I understand you have to be careful and assess each customer as a responsible lender-but you should state that. I only received a reply off of you when I wrote on here.
I got a loan elsewhere now at a cheaper rate. So it worked out in my favour.
