MHA Stain cosplay. Order number: 9000189111. They take DAYS to respond to emails.

Ordered on the 5th of July, with express shipping and tailoring. "Shipping Option - EXPRESS DELIVERY 3-5days Plus 1-4 Weeks Tailoring Period." So that means it should have been finished no later than the 2nd of August, and delivered no later than the 9th (allowing for the weekend in between).

16th of July, their email said it would be finished within 20 days (which makes it the 5th - that's past the 4 weeks mark as said in express!).

"The use-by date is a reference and we cannot guarantee 100%" then don't have the function. Don't offer it at all. Just make the cosplays in order that they're ordered and offer standard/express/other options shipping. It's a garbage business move to offer deadlines you can't keep.

After many back and forths, they allegedly finished it on the 19th. Then claimed they finished it on the 22nd and it was being sent to the warehouse. 24th, I got this: "Hi, your order has finished now and we need to double-check the quality". So much for being sent to the warehouse.

27th, morning, I got this: "Thanks for your days of waiting and sorry about it.Your order has been finished and it is on the way to our warehouse.We will send it asap after checking.Thank you." Same message 5 days later. Evening: "Thank you for your reply and we are checking with the factory. If we have any updates, we will let you know. Thank you."

29th. "Your order has been finished now and we need to double-check the quality. If no problem, we will ship them out this week. Thank you." Said the same on the 24th???

31st. "Thank you for your reply and sorry about it. There is something wrong with our factory and we will remake the pants.The shin guards are missing the metal buckle. Once we finish it, we will ship them out asap. Thank you." Eugh. I've given up. Garbage communication, contradictory info given, and now, they mesed up.
I bought it with the deadline being a couple days before I needed it. They won't honor deadlines, they'll lie and contradict themselves, and with all the time given, they can't get anything right. I don't want an apology or a refund, I want them shut down.

I own a Tekken 8 Ling Xiaoyu cosplay to wear for FanimeCon 2024 and EVO 2024. The costume and the shoes felt great and I have quite some compliments! The quality is amazing! Would recommend!

Ordered on June 15th for even on August 2nd. Emailed multiple times about my order and received no help at all besides them wanting to charge me extra for faster shipping which won’t even get here on time because they never completed my cosplay. Refused to give me a complete refund or pay for expressed shipping. Lied on their website about 35 day or 4 week tailoring period (currently on week 6). This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience I’ve ever had with a company and I either want my stuff or a full refund. Don’t order here unless you are ready for your stuff to be late.

I got a Acheron Cosplay from Hsr and the quality is amazing! The support is really nice as well. The pricing is totally fair and reasonable. Would definitely buy there again. ^^

EZ Cosplay is absolutely wonderful! They have great customer service, and their items are amazing! I highly recommend them!

The first time I used them was great so i opted to use them again. Not only was the order not done before the wear date, they were uncooperative with refunds and I'm now stuck with an almost 200 dollar order that is realistically gonna sit in storage since it was for a requested event. Best I was offered was 20% of shipping refunded for something I no longer needed, not likely to use again. The order came in today 2 weeks late and it just ruined my day to think about

I would have given them 5 stars 2 years ago but the past couple of year it just been down hill. I ordered from them in the beginning of May for something at the end of July and its still not here. Tried to talk to customer service a couple of time and got no response and now most likely will not be able to wear what I brought from them, Money down the drain. This also happen in the beginning of the year too. Guess it time to look else where for cosplay.

I definitely think that everything was of great quality, the cosplay was very accurate to the one of the character, the details of the cosplay like on the bow & on the jacket were great & that’s one of the reasons I bought it from cosplay costumes, the size chart really helped me & it fit perfectly well. Price was good & the delivery once the package was sent was fast. I will definitely continue to buy from EZCosplay.

I have recently bought a wig from this business and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The wig was shipped quickly and it was easy to style and wear. It was very comfortable to wear for hours and their customer service is very helpful and reliable. I would definitely recommend buying from them!

The Vorpal Blade is a beautiful crafted prop. It's lightweight and adds that extra pop to the cosplay. The painting is also done so well that it looks real! It's definitely a must need item for any Alice Madness Returns cosplay!

I ordered back in the beginning of May for two different cosplays! And, here it is going on June 10th with zero status update on the first cosplay, which is past the thirty five day mark. I've sent a few messages and one email, and haven't recieved a response since I'd like to know of I'll recieve them on time for my use date. :(

Before I placed an order, I emailed customer service asking about the size difference of a costume, since I couldn't afford the additional $30 fee for customization. I went with a large to be on the safe side, but it was too big. I wanted to return it and get a refund since the event I was going to wear it to was today! After many days of waiting for a response they said no. I asked if I can return it to exchange for a medium so I could at least get my money's worth, and they also said no since the product wasn't damaged. They told me to "...have it tailored"... I spent over $100 after shipping/handling and they offered to refund me only 15% since they "value the customer experience". After I expressed my disappointment, they raised it to a whopping 20%... I feel robbed. I will not be ordering front this company again :(
