While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

unreliable + worst customer service ever

Once upon a time I had an ezeep print account from my coworking space, which just worked. I remember how happy I was. At some point ezeep migrated to "ezeep blue", but without the users, leaving us without access to the printers we relied on. I received an email to re-register, which didn't work. I emailed ezeep, they sent a confirmation that they started a case / ticket after which they just closed my case without any other information. I also emailed my coworking space, and they re-re-invited me, and I re-re-registered. However, suddenly I had an additional administrator account / trial, which I never wanted. Even though this account was cancelled by one of the ezeep people who emailed me with the question if this was my intention, I started receiving all kind of emails from a certain Laura Zagal on how I was doing with this ezeep account. If replied to these emails with a request to stop sending me this inquiries that I could not unsubscribe from, after which I received an email that a ticket / case was started, which would be closed a few days later without any other response. A few days later I would receive the next email how I was doing with this ezeep thing and the process would repeat ad infinitum. To sum it up:

ezeep used to be great, but it isn't anymore. it is designed to be the most frustrating user experience as it takes far too much time and space in your brain, inbox and time for something that you just want to use to print.

Very bad company

Very bad company. The renewal of their services is automatic, without any notification of deadlines. Stay away, there are better and more transparent services!
