Fantastic mattress, worth every penny. I bought the Hybrid Max Mattress a week ago, as it’s Which’s Best Buy. Cheaper than a lot of its competitors and excellent reviews. I paid £25 to have it delivered and unpacked in my bedroom and the old mattress removed. Well worth the money. I’ve been experiencing back ache over the last year and was advised to get a new mattress, as my old one was over 10 years old. Oh my god, what a difference. The mattress is really thick, super soft memory foam top, whilst the 2,000 springs give great support. It’s only been a week and I’m free of backache in the morning. Would highly recommend

Which? have rated this mattress as soft, their independent tests rated it as 8 on a scale from 1 (very firm) to 10 (very soft), so substantially towards the softer end of the spectrum. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your mattress to soften, we also recommend rotating the mattress within this time period to help with settlement. Hopefully you will find it will softens after this time.

Our 10 month old mattress developed a problem, one of the springs protruded from the surface. I described the problem to the EZE support team and they agreed that this was unacceptable and not the performance that they would expect from their Which? award winning mattress.. I was immediately offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement and EZE arranged for the mattress exchange (for a new one) on the date of my choice. The exchange was performed on time and now all is well at home again. Very impressed with the ‘no nonsense’ approach of the EZE management team which stands by its product and warranty.
