A scam company . Placed order online on Nov 3 2025, got a confirmation that the order will be processed in 5 to 10 business days, today is Jan 29 2026 order not shipped and no response from the merchant. Found a lot of customers dealing with the same issue.
After I completed my order, I received an alert that there was a three-week backorder. Nowhere on the website did it say they were having issues with the supply chain. After a few emails and phone calls, the company said they would cancel my order. They also sent me emails stating my order was canceled and refunded. It has been almost two months, and I have not received a penny back from my order. I have called, emailed, and no one will email or call me back. I just filed a complaint with the Beter Business Bureau. The next step will be to file a fraud complaint with their local State Police. Very disappointing!!!!
Terrible terrible customer service. Months went by after I ordered and I never heard so much as a peep out of them with shipping info. Requested a refund and another several months went by with COUNTLESS emails requesting a refund. Emails were replied to with “it’s coming. It just take a few days for the refund to post” HA months later I finally receive a refund with a nasty email from the owner, shaming me as a customer. Saying that my generation is and Amazon generation that has no patience for real companies who take their time shipping products. Psh!
