Warren is my advocate. I don’t remember how I found this site but it has been a godsend! Warren has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me! He’s always cheerful and encouraging. He has helped me find several programs that are covered by Medicare that have been helpful for me. He has also connected me with other helpful sites. Thank you very much!

She has been amazing. There have been a number of issues, mostly life issues, that she has played an integral part in Solving or getting me the information so that I can handle situations without stress. I thank God for her.

EZ Health has helped me have a new lease on life through their agency. They were able to contact with my doctor. Get me some extra physical therapy occupational therapy and bathing help. Medicare has finally decided that we need help at home and they are going to pay for it. All of the people I’ve spoke to at easy health have been wonderful and helpful and done everything they could to help me and I greatly appreciate it. They definitely deserve a 10 instead of a five.

Christine is very thorough and we cover a lot of bases during our conversation. We learn together and I value her experiences.

I had no idea of this service. My representative, Piper, has offered to help find solutions for some of the "elder" problems I am having. I don't know what the outcome will be but it's good to feel there is someone there to help.

We have had a very positive experience with EZhealth. Caitlin our guide has been most helpful, caring, and easy to work with whenever we have had questions or needed assistance with any need we have had. Including Medicare questions, helping us find a medical alert company, help with a resent address change due to relocating. It is reassuring to know there is someone available to help guide you through the process and point you in the right direction when you are unsure of what to do. Just knowing Caitlin is a phone call away with any questions I might have is comforting. She has helped my mother and me my mother’s caretaker tremendously. I don’t think I could have done it without her. We truly appreciate the support that we have received and would recommend EZ Health and definitely Caitlin. She’s a definite 10 in our book.

I have seen firsthand the difference EZ Health has made in my parents’ lives. Navigating healthcare, home care, transportation, insurance, appointments, and community resources can be incredibly overwhelming, especially as parents get older and their needs become more complicated.

What has impressed me most is that EZ Health does not just give my parents a list of phone numbers and leave them to figure everything out. Their Guide actually follows through, makes calls, coordinates with providers and agencies, checks on services, and continues working on an issue until there is a real next step or solution.

Knowing that someone is consistently looking out for my parents, helping them understand their options, and advocating for them has taken a tremendous amount of stress off our family. We have seen real results in their day-to-day lives, and my parents feel like they have someone in their corner when the healthcare system becomes difficult to navigate.

The communication, persistence, and genuine care have been outstanding. EZ Health has given our family a level of support and peace of mind that is hard to put a value on. I would absolutely recommend them to any family trying to help aging parents manage complicated healthcare and support needs.
