3 Weeks ago, I have ordered a high-pressure cleaner. So far, I have only gotten the invoice and their "trust" that they would send it to me. So far, I have got nothing, not even any response on any of the emails. Looks like they do not even exist anymore.
At first everything was fine from ordering to delivery. But when the pump broke down, the warranty service was tragic. I managed to contact the French company, which is the original company providing these products. only they react quickly to the situation. NL franchise company that cannot cope with service.
It is a very bad company and the service is very very bad, I try to contact them but no one answers not even the email, and now their phone is not working, I ordered an electric broom and it was very bad at its work then I returned it to them 3 months ago and until now I have not received my money and they tell me that they did not receive it and that they do not have it. The worst company in the Netherlands

We ordered a robot vacuum from Eziclean. After 2 weeks of calling and trying to get info about when the vacuum will be delivered, no one can help me.
Today i called again, and to my surprise 'this number does not exist'
I've called them probably 10 times this last two weeks so what is happening?
This company is a scam!! Don't buy from them!

I ordered a robot vacuum (aqua connect x650) in January. The first robot I recieved had a factory defect. It took eziclean several weeks to replace it. Unfortunately the mapping and smart functionality of the replacement did not work very well. After going back and forth with eziclean they agreed to take back the robot. They recieved the (2nd) robot back over a month ago and no refund has been issued and they are not responding to my request for an update.
Edit: I find it unfortunate that eziclean responded in the way that they did to my review. If it was possible to attach images to trustpilot, I would show screenshots of my communications with eziclean which would substantiate all of my claims, including the factory defect, length of time for replacement delivery and the messages they have not responded to.

Normaal bedanken we iedereen voor een review, of deze nou goed of slecht is. Wij respecteren ieder zijn eerlijkheid in de bevindingen van onze service en/of product. Maar hier probeer je ons onterecht met de grond gelijk te maken.
We hebben je dagen lang, weken lang geholpen met je product en met al je vragen. De klachten bleven op stapelen waardoor we wel moesten denken dat deze een productiefout bevatte. We hebben deze ingenomen en gelijk een nieuwe op gestuurd. ( na de test was er eigenlijk niks mis mee aan de hand ).
Bij de tweede robot was eigenlijk precies het zelfde verhaal. We hebben deze toen maar besloten om ook terug te nemen en je aankoopbedrag terug te storten. Dit is tevens vanuit ons systeem ook gelukt.
Wij behandelen iedereen als gelijk, als je een klant bent, geen klant bent of het product retourneert. Je kan van ons altijd een reactie verwachten. Hier hebben wij dan ook geen enkel bericht van jou gehad om op te reageren.
Hierbij wil ik je nog wel een prettige dag wensen en succes wensen naar de zoektocht naar een ander product.

The buying experience was helpful for me. Satisfied with the purchased device (cleaning robot) in general, but after 2 weeks there was a problem with it. The problem was successfully resolved in my favor, I suppose that the service is on top.
