Scammers...
These people straight up closed our account without any warning, notice, or explanation.
To make matters worse, they froze over $2,000 in settled funds that were scheduled to be released on the 23rd and 24th. It may be even more than that, but once they ban your account, they completely lock you out and prevent you from checking anything.
What is absolutely unbelievable is that after closing the account, they left their payment portal connected to our platform. Customers were still able to make purchases, and payments continued to be processed, yet we received no notifications, no webhook deliveries, and no way to fulfill those orders because the account had already been disabled.
As a result, customers paid and received nothing, while we were left completely in the dark with no access to our account and no explanation from ezPayments.
No warning. No communication. No transparency. Just a closed account, withheld funds, and a broken payment flow that continued charging customers.
This has been a disastrous experience, and based on what happened to us, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
