Absolutely brilliant service! Jamie took me through the house, gave a thorough explanation of the inventory and handed over the keys in a very professional manner.

Jaime was so helpful on my check in day and such a warm, welcoming personality which made the process even easier. The inventory taken was thorough and Jaime was totally transparent regarding any issues upon check in.

We were welcomed with politeness, and the lady who welcomed us was really helpful with all the different questions we had and before she left she made sure that we were happy with everything within the property before she left. We left so welcomed with starting to live in the property

We use both ladies Jamie Towell & Jo Frost and they are lovely ladies to work with and very prompt would highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Prospect for over 15 years and have had many inventories, check ins and check outs carried out over that time. Some good and others not but Jamie is the best. She is extremely thorough and the inventory and checkout notes are 100% accurate which made dealing with recovering damages a lot easier.

Jo Dredge has been really helpful and friendly when booking in and meeting tenants for inventories

Thank you Stuart for our check-in report, for your professionalism and for your great customer service, attention to details and caring attitude. As tenants, we've never been listened to, never been seen and nobody had our best interest - it's always the landlords that get all their ways and wants and tenants are always overseen, as neglected quantity, even though tenants are the ones that generate the income for landlords, tenants are the letting agencies main customers, tenants should be as equally valuated and respected just as landlords. Renting a property it's a business transaction between two parties, and both parties are the customers, not just one.
