Mozy has been sued by his big Investors and lost >1.5 Mill.). Mozy's personal home is in foreclosure, all his DXRider assets (the motorcyle Shop he he pulled everything into) have been seized.

I am still pursuing criminal charges, but that could take years, ... and I have kind of given up on seeing any of my money back from him. 

The Israel mother company (suposedly) is also pursuing legal action - that he at least cannot use their name anymore, but after initial promises that they would make it right for victims, that hope has more and more disappeared too. 

I have invested a ton of time and effort into seeking justice, but I refuse to invest more money by suing (seeing that the guy who sued first in 7/2024 invested another $13k legal costs and never saw his money even though he won.) The US justice system sucks.

If/when I have energy I might sue Mozy in smalls claims court in TX - allows up to $20k (better than WA). that would cost me less than $500 and I could go after Mozy if he ever falls back on his feet ...

Totally lack of service. Bought a new EZRaider LW. After unpacking we noticed that only one wheel was running. After spending many hours, with help from my friends, searching for faults following instructions from the retailer, the result is that I have to wait for several months to get this problem solved 👎😡
