Extremely happy with my purchase! I wasn't sure what to expect but I was incredibly pleased with the build quality when the desk arrived. I purchased the desk during a sale, but even at full price it's great value. Instructions are easy to follow, the controls and motor are smooth, and it looks great. I'd recommend it and would purchase it again.

We wish we could have reviewed the actual desk instead here to review the service! Would have given a 0 stars if available for the waste of time, no resolution and overall bad service. Took us a long time to receive our refund too which was really irritating, we required a desk fast and instead had no confirmation or anything for around 5 days, contacted the seller who then made wait longer to just come back and say that the desk can't be sent as it's the last one and it's damaged. Which in most cases I wouldn't have such an issue but in total it took about 3 weeks to receive a refund. The customer service wasn't great, I just wouldn't personally ever shop with EZ shopper ever again. Which again I wish wasn't the case especially after reading the great reviews. Anyway I hope as a business they are able to make changes to be batter.

Well guys this business is AMAZING excellent products and 5 star customer service my desk arrived within 2 days easy to set up you get a paper with all instruction approx time set up for me was like 35 mins ( could take a bit longer for you ..
Now the top of my desk had two minor scratches and to be honest I was ok with that though I have contacted the business, very polite professional instantly they offered a replacement and also I kept the first one as well ( obviously replaced the top with the damage and not the bottom mechanical metal parts . I am very satisfied as these people respect us as customers showing appreciation and there is a human interaction I need to thank the gentleman I spoke to Will is his name, In anyway my desk is fantastic no noise from mechanism very smooth and 🤫 quiet!!!the offer of this desk as it was in sales it was nearly 50%down so be quick and purchase yours now!!!NO REGRETS !! ( always searching for best options in internet). It’s great to support such a business !! I bought my standing desk on 9 May 2023, it's now 20 Feb 2024 and it's broken. I paid £360 for this piece of trash. I'm going to try to contact them and will update on the situation. Avoid!!!

This is the second purchase I've made from EZ Shopper.
They are a great company who provide high quality products for very competitive prices.
I now have two of their standing desks, albeit different models and they're working brilliantly.
Their support via Whatsapp was also fast and helpful.
I would highly recommend them.

So far I have had this desk a week its amazingly sturdy and good quality - not cheap - although cheaper than many.
Desk rises smoothly and it super.

Super fast delivery and I was very pleased with the desk, cheaper than other alternatives and very happy with the quality.

I ordered two standing desks from EZ Shopper. (Separate orders as my wife decided she wanted one just after I had completed the checkout)

My orders were placed on 1st January (a bank holiday), shipped on the 2nd January and delivered to my house by Parcelforce before midday on 3rd January. Amazing !

One of the packages arrived quite damaged, as per the instructions I received when ordering, I had the driver log the damage. I needn't have worried as the packaging was exceptional, really well thought out and despite the exterior damage it survived with zero issues. In particular, I think the plastic corner protectors saved this one !

I then opened the product to find what I would class as high quality parts and instructions that absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Again, this all seemed well thought out, the quality of the structural parts and screws was excellent and it took me about 1hr 10 mins to put the first desk together. The second desk took me only 45 minutes!

We're absolutely delighted with the finished desks and spent our first full week working at the desks last week and love them !

The speedy service, quality product and robust packaging were a bonus and a good start to the year.

I am sad to say that i initially judged their advertisement by their company name and ignored it. I presumed the desk would be mainly plastic and come from china.
Thankfully i had a look another day when they popped up again and found out they are a british company and the desk is made of metal.
It is exceedingly good quality, the price for me is perfect, the others on the market are easily double, which for a desk (standing or not) is just plain greedy.
It shipped very quickly, but without a power cable.
I reached out, got a quick response and the power cable arrived a day or two later.
I initially thought the split desk top would be an issue, but it actually fits quite well, and they also provide a mat that helps.
The action of the motor is very smooth, the desk sits at the perfect height for me sitting and standing.
I couldnt be more happy and have already reccomended them to my friends and colleagues.

All going well so far. Relatively easy to build.

Missing parts from order, spoke to customer services and a replacement was sent out in good time.

Great product. Clear instructions to put it together and although it took me a while, it's perfect for what I need it for. I use it for working from home and went for the bigger size (160). It's really good value for money and very easy to use. Also, delivered in no time.

Bought from the company on a bit of a whim, some reviews although limited. Small company, but a competitive price for what I wanted - the Beast Desk.

I messaged them prior with some queries and I must say not only a quick response back, but an open one suggesting perhaps to wait until more reviews of the desk were available before making my decision.

Ended up ordering, delivery was quick enough, well packaged, and the instructions were clear. I ordered the desk frame only, and add my own very heavy 25mm plywood 2m x 80cm table top that I made. Well I have had this desk since May 2023 (circa 5 months) and its been perfect, I use it daily for work and a lot of evenings for gaming.

I have recommended the desk to a few friends since, and wanted to add to the pool of reviews so others can help make their mind up like I had to.
