So disappointed - our daughter’s new bed turned up with so much damage, some of which couldn’t be blamed on transit because someone has attempted to patch it up prior to packaging.

Customer service has so far been helpful with arranging delivery etc but now that we have come to build the loft bed, there is so much damage, and it’s not easy to put together to replace the damaged pieces it is hugely disappointing.

At least the wood is of good quality so it feels sturdy and would look nice if not so chipped and tatty out of the boxes.

Let’s hope replacement panels for the split pieces come quickly else my daughter will be sleeping on the floor for some time :(

Ordered from them. Didn't receive the product. They refused to refund me despite promising to do so for over a month.

Ezspace is a rare jewel in the modern retail market, displaying old school values when it come to customer service, & their product is second to none.
We had a couple of minor issues along the way, but Jasmine & team went above & beyond to make sure that we were minimally effected. The communication was superb.
We're very happy with our purchase, & can't recommend highly enough.

We ordered a desk loft bed. It was not easy to assemble, with the numbers on the instructions not matching the numbers on the pieces, but with detective skills we finally worked it out. Now it is up my son is very pleased with it - it is very sturdy, just can be a bit noisy for someone sleeping in the room next door as it bangs against the wall slightly when he moves. Heads up that as this company does not have a physical shop (and seems to operate direct from a warehouse), it is very difficult to arrange returns/refunds. They have to send external couriers out to collect, or you have to return to warehouse which is not straight forward, and they are unable to collect unpackaged but unused goods (or provide extra packaging for things to be returned in). That said, the lady I corresponded with (Jasmine) was very clear and polite and explained everything promptly, so I cannot fault the team.

I wanted a latex mattress made from natural Latex. 10cm depth is perfect to use as a topper or DIY bed (you put together layers of desirable materials.

The latex bed has an excellent cover. live chat are very helpful.

The bed's design is really clever, especially with the stair doubling as storage—super practical for keeping things tidy and organised. It’s also heavy and sturdy but quite a challenge to assemble.

Would rate 0 stars if I could - I ordered a NOBU wall bed:
1) It was 3 months delayed
2) When we received it, it was missing instructions. When they did send the instructions, they were outdated from 2 years ago and made no sense, even to our professional handyman who has installed thousands of beds. As an example, the numbers on the instructions relate in no way to the numbers labeled on the items sent, and an entire (very critical) panel was missing instructions on how to screw it in
3) It fell down! the pistons have an incredible amount of force - the bed came crashing down on our professional handyman and caused severe injuries, sending him to the hospital. We fixed this to a normal wall, not stud, so there's no excuse for this.

I have sued and filed county court judgment against them and have been awarded the settlement and will enforce.

DO NOT BUY from these guys - not only can this bed injure you, it can kill whoever is sleeping in it when it comes crashing down on their head. Trust me, it's only a matter of time before you see headlines about deaths caused by these beds - you do NOT want to be the topic of the article.

P.s. the reply is absolutely BS - I never used a stud wall. This bed is dangerous and has been confirmed by 1) a professional handyman and 2) the UK claims court who has awarded me damages of £2,519 which they refuse to pay. Shame on your for taking advantage of customers and disobeying the court with no further recourse - it is illegal.

Good experience from beginning to end. Jasmine provided me with good advice on right wallbed for dimensions of our rooms. Quick delivery and reliable wallbed.

Beware! Horrible product. Quality is very poor, cheap boards with horrible smell. Panels came damaged and the bed was wobbly.

Quality of the bed was so poor that I didn't allowed my children to sleep in this bed. Disassembled straight after and bought somewhere else.

Scratched, damaged and poor quality manufacturing of the parts required for a loft bed from EZ Space. They are made to a very poor standard in China, and there is no UK based business to deal properly with - just a warehouse.

Despite trying to work with them to get replacement parts, now at the point of requesting return of the goods to EZ Space their "customer service" have now stopped replying to emails and gone completely silent.

Please do not waste your money on goods from this company.

EZSpace understands the wear and tear of daily life. The durability of their furniture materials gives me confidence that my pieces will withstand the rigors of a bustling household.

I find the teom's design rather appealing. We purchased it as a birthday present for our daughters. The packages arrived two days before their celebration, prompting my husband and me to take a day off. Together, we assembled the set with our girls, even though a few steps weren't immediately clear. Despite this, I believe it offers a chance for enjoyable family activities where we collaborate as a team. It's worth mentioning that it could be somewhat challenging for those who aren't familiar with connecting the parts (luckily, my husband is a builder). To sum up, we adore the design, and our daughters are absolutely thrilled.

We have put the two loft beds together and the kids love them.

Okay, so I recently got myself the TEOM loft bed, and I have to say, I'm thrilled with my purchase! My apartment is on the smaller side, and this bed has been a total game-changer for me. The sleek and modern design gives my room a fresh vibe, and it feels so cozy up there.

I was a bit worried about the stability, but let me tell you, this thing is rock solid! I'm a full-grown adult, and it holds up without a hitch. I even invited my niece over for a sleepover, and she loved it too – no worries about safety with this bed.

I just bought the Nobu wallbed, and I'm extremely impressed by how well it works. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the gas piston mechanism operates quite smoothly, making it easy to switch between a bed and a wall unit. This wallbed giving me a cozy bed that can be effortlessly folded up and concealed against the wall when not in use. Its adaptable design and user-friendly operation make it an excellent addition to any home.

Never bought from Ezspace before, i.ez a brand new customer. Ordered MO loft bed with stair and bottom bed and supa mattress. Delivered within timeframe with tracking number and expected delivery date. The assembly is time consuming but the quality is flawless. I was amazed how functional the whole set is. Great experience at this point !

The sales department is friendly and patience in answering all my questions. The delivery was fast and on time and the quality of the bed was excellent

We bought the MO loft bed. The bed is very sturdy and fits very well in our study. Great bed if you want to use as a working desk / guest bed.

Basically these guys don't have physical stock in the country, they sell from what I can only assume is a chinese producer.

As such I have been waiting +3 months for some of the parts for my sons bed, not so much as a peep from the company, a botched delivery which I am highly dubious of and another month delay in shipping the remaining parts.

Personally I would recommend going to a genuine UK seller and saving yourself the frustration of waiting for these clowns to send you goods you ahve paid for long before.

They messaged to say hey no problem, you should have it delivered by the time you read our message. This is the extent of their laughable customer service. No substantive apology, just excuses and lame duck promises which have no substance.

Suffice to say 2 out of 4 parcels for my order are still missing and only one has a revised and updated delivery notice. Which no is not as described prior to reading their message.

Purchase at your own risk.

Now that everything has arrived I can confirm the production quality is about as good as the delivery and customer service. Zero tolerance in the design means that the underbed has to be forced into position if taken out. The main bed requires aftermarket reinforcement to keep it from lurching around dangerously. The trundle bed instructions amount to a piece of A4 that comes nowhere near being an assembly guided for what is arguably the most over engineered piece of the entire bed.

At GBP 1,500 you would expect to get good customer service, quality design, solid manufacturing, ideally all of them.... YOU GET NONE OF THE ABOVE!
