Ez Stitch Digitizing and Jawad Ahmed: I recently had the pleasure of working with Ez Stitch Digitizing, and I am genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. Jawad Ahmed in particular (customer support) was exceptionally prompt, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Every request for files processed (embroidery digitizing) I made was understood clearly and delivered exactly as needed, which is everything you could hope for when dealing with a service provider.
Their website is also excellent—easy to navigate, well-structured, and particularly impressive is the ability to view the DST files instantly after processing. This feature also sets them apart and makes the experience even smoother.
I will absolutely be returning to have all my future files digitized by Ez Stitch Digitizing. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I truly cannot rate them highly enough for the quality of their work and their commitment to great customer service.

I had a project in mind and EZSitchDigitizing brought it to life. This was my first time requesting a custom embroidery design from anywhere. It only took a couple of design decisions and they got back to me super fast every time. Will definitely use them again for future ideas.

Jawad was the assistant that helped me in Chat today. He went above and beyond helping me out of a bad situation. I have a customer that needs business shirts for out of town work, and he needed a pantone shade of thread for his logo. I had tried for hours to find a matching thread to no use. And by the way the chart on the site was no help, but Jawad found two colors that will work. So instead of him just letting it go he searched until he found the solution.
