The App needs work. There is not an unread section of the app so good luck finding messages. Also every time you click to open a message and then back out it takes you back to the very top of the messages. Takes so much time to get anything done on the app. I have reached out to support about this but they don't seem interested in making it any better.

Our small organization tried this service a year ago and decided it wasn't what we needed. I thought that I had canceled the annual subscription, but apparently, I did not. We were charged for another year so I reached out to customer support and asked for a refund and cancellation since a quick look at our account will show that we aren't using the service. We have not even logged into our account in over 11 months. Customer support responded simply that it was against their terms of service and they wouldn't refund. I can fully accept that it was my fault I didn't cancel the subscription, but I also think it's very reasonable to ask for some courtesy for something that was clearly a mistake. We are all out here trying to make the most of the little time we have and sometimes things get missed. Unfortunately, they obviously don't care about customers, only the bottom line.
They will write a reply to this review, but I have already gone back and forth with them and they will clearly not be making this right. So I'd highly encourage you to see their response to this review for what it is...utter nonsense. There are many other service providers that will actually care about your needs and not just their revenue so I would highly recommend you pass over this company. They are not worth your investment.

this company is the worst. I attempted to use their services for texting specials for clients from my website. I scheduled for assistance to set things up. It took 2 weeks to get on line with someone...mind you, the credits dont carry over. I spoke with their team. They had no idea how to upload the spreadsheet. They were to connect me with someone else. this never happened. I cancelled and moved to a more reputable service. They then continued to charge my card two more times. I kept reaching out and confirming the cancellation. My credit card processor finally refunded one month with the company refusing to refund all other monies. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. RUN QUICKLY. ALSO NOTE HOW THEY DONT HAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW AREA...THIS SHOULD BE A RED FLAG. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT REVIEWS ARE NOT EASILY SEEN. TRY GIVING GOOD SERVICE AND IMPROVING YOUR PRODUCT AND YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO HIDE ITEMS.

We're overall pretty happy after switching from ZipWhip who was bought out and discontinued (we loved it BTW so we were not excited to find an alternative).
ZipWhip does pretty much the same thing at a reasonable price point.
The only negative we've seen is that some of the features that used to work no longer do. For example, a phone number is assigned to you when you sign up but you can also request your current phone number be ported over so that customers only see ONE number for both calls and texts. When we first moved over it was easy to choose which number we want to initiate a text from, the random assigned number or our phone number, regardless of if we are using the desktop version or the app. There is no way to tell it which one we want to be the default either. We have to always choose our business when we initiate a text. This isn't that big of a deal on the desktop but on the app it doesn't allow you to change that number or choose a different number besides the assigned one.
Now if a customer initiates the text no big deal, we can respond from our number. The issue is when we want to initiate a text to a customer and we haven't already had a conversation thread from the phone app. We either have to wait until we're back in the office or it shows up from a random number that doesn't help us when customers believe they can call that number and reach someone (they can't cause its a randomly generated unreal number).
If they would fix this one issue, we'd be their biggest advocate. It used to work, it stopped working that way, we reported it and were told it shouldn't have been working that way anyway.

Stopped using it and asked for a refund and was denied. I elected to not renew and they suspended my account. Stay away from this company. They won’t help you
