Avoid! Installed a few months ago, and most of the time the cameras are offline, I’ve contacted the #ezviz costumers service but not been sorted out. I got the cameras for 6 months now and I have charged the batteries already twice, they are supposed to last 365 days! Just wasted my money.
Waste of money
Waste of money. My camera worked perfectly but after completion of one year, it's creating various problems like network error in spite of having good internet, the camera becoming freeze for hours, camera not moving around in spite of several try following restarting the cam again and again. Just hopeless after 1 year. This camera had been excellent for 1 year. After that, you've to call for help from mechanic several times like me. I'm now exhausted and thinking of buying a new IP camera from another brand again. Ezviz cam is entirely disappointing.

Claims the network is "unstable" while it is not (not one other camera is showing so called "ISSUES with NETWORK", thank GOD they not EZVIZ cameras&software), disconnects for NO REASON, stops recording FOR NO REASON
Stops recording after 5min when running via WiFi, and "claims" that you have been watching here for a LONG TIME!! WHAT ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.. then tries to get you to signup & PAY their cloud connection!
DO NOT GET THIS, unless you LOVE CONSTANT ISSUES and PROBLEMS!
BC1 defect and no customer support
Just bought a BC1 pack and it is not working! The hotline is only served by English speakers who put you on hold if they don’t know how to solve the problem.
Walk away, they are burglars. I am going to return the product straight away and go for the competitor.
Appalling product
Appalling product. Cannot connect - keeps saying my WiFi password is incorrect when it's not. No online help just a chatbot that then stopped as it was apparently now out of the 4 hour window when it is allowed to work. Go figure!
Waste of money garbage cameras that don’t eork
I had 3 cameras installed by a professional and they worked for about a week. Don’t waste your money. Called dozens of times for them to be repaired but after promissory g to come back the guy did not. Don’t waste your money these cameras don’t work. What a waste of $600
Poor quality and support with risk of privacy breach
Camera died shortly after a year. I had numerous interactions with thorough troubleshooting. The camera is a brick now with a steady red light and completely irresponsive. Ez-Viz support clearly understands that through 13 interactions. Poor quality of internal hardware and risk of data security and privacy from this Chinese owned company are the prime factors for me not to recommend this product. I have stopped using the other camera from this company.

Actually I would give Ezviz no stars but I have to give them one. Ezviz charged us double annual fees yet after at least 3 dozen emails refused to refund. Not only this but discontinued video coverage at 9 months of 12 month contract yet. So we paid double the annual price for only 9 months of usage. All emails sent were replied with little English, no help, never ever tried to rectify the problem and not once answered any of the questions we posed.
The cameras were good but the company horrible. I would recommend NEVER to use this company - go elsewhere
No longer the food quality it used to be
The previous cams were great. I have 13 cameras from EZVIZ. have no issues with the old generation but the new ones outdoor or indoor recently released, are very very bad quality. Lots and lots of problems when streaming, unstable network reporting. Bad audio quality.

EZVIZ BC1C Kit Battery-Powered Camera with Solar Panel after 5 months the bcic camera internal memory would not format spoke to customer service in India they told me I would have an email in 24 hrs 7 days later no reply boxed it up and sent back to amazon spent over £200 very bad customer service I have a ring system now more responsive in every aspect
Terrible product, terrible customer service
Bought two webcams, one works OK for now, the other locked itself and stopped working within days. Customer service takes several days to respond and are completely incompent in resolving the issue.
Don’t bother
Don’t bother ! Bought two cameras and worked fine for a while then I added a phone number to my account and it changed everything. I now can’t log into my account and therefore the cameras are inactive. I have messaged now four people at support.uk the latest being Niko and yet nothing has been resolved. So it would appear I will have to go and buy new cameras but I will definitely not being getting them from Ezviz.

Cheap product for expensive price
Paid £150 for a motion detection camera with 2 motion sensor lights.
Firstly, the angle is either straight ahead or straight ahead, it bearly moves even though it is advertised is movable, therefor we have had to mount it on a block to look down an alley.
Secondly, the product is cheap plastic the easily snaps whilst fitting, as ours did.
Thirdly, everytime the power cuts to the property, for example when the electric meter runs out, you have to physically remove the camera to reset the camera at the back and reenter the WiFi code. Meaning climbing up 25 ft in order to do so.
And finally, you have to pay to view an activation on the camera. So if someone was to go down our private alley in the night whilst I am asleep, it will not record it unless I have paid the subscription for that month. So what is already an expense, cheaply made camera, also costs money just for it to work properly.
Would not recommend, unless you like throwing money down the drain. There are better cameras, that are much cheaper and required no subscription for it to work properly.
Products are not at market level...
"Smart" Doorbell not working after a few weeks.
Error in writing video files. Replaced SD card twice, nope. The app is s**t. No or late notifications, not responsive. Throwing away the doorbell for a serious one.

I was able to slightly improve the doorbell by using an high quality SD card. Some update finally fixed the notification issue, so I am now giving 2 start. Still, the product needs to improve to reach the general public.
Camera failed after a month
Camera failed after a month. Internal memory failed. Tech support non existent. Keep getting reply's to reset cameras and share screenshot from people who dont know their own product. Even stupid questions like “what sd card are you using” Its built in eMMC
