DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I wish I had read the other 1-star warnings here before booking. This is not a legitimate booking platform—it is a operation designed to take your money and ignore you until you give up.
Here is exactly what happened to me:
March 27th: I requested a cancellation and refund. They promised I would have my money back within 14 working days.
April 14th – 18th: The deadline passed. I sent multiple follow-ups with zero response. Anna finally replied citing "technical issues" and asked for my bank details (which I provided immediately).
April 23rd – 30th: Kevin Brown promised my refund would arrive "next week between Monday and Friday." That week is now over. No refund. No ARN number.
May 1st (TODAY): The refund deadline has now passed. I spoke to a representative named Aria Mohan who was rude, dismissive, and refused to understand the situation. He made it clear that this company has no intention of returning my money.
They have had my money for over a month. They have made repeated false promises. They have ignored legally binding deadlines. And now they have treated me with contempt.
What you need to know about EzyBook:
They hide behind "we are just a booking agent" excuses when things go wrong, but they are happy to take your money immediately.
The BBC's The One Show and Watchdog have previously investigated meet-and-greet parking firms associated with EzyBook.
Companies House records show they have faced compulsory strike-off action (meaning they have been at risk of being closed down by the UK government).
Other reviewers report their cars being driven hundreds of miles, damaged, or left on public roads.

I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank. I am filing a claim with Money Claim Online (Small Claims Court) today. I have reported this matter to Action Fraud.
To Kevin, Anna, and Aria Mohan: You have my bank details. You have my money. You have broken every promise you made. See you in court.
To anyone reading this: Book with a reputable company like Holiday Extras or direct with the airport car park. The small savings with EzyBook are not worth the months of stress and the real risk of losing your money entirely.
35 POUNDS IN HIDDEN FEES
An extra fee of 5 pounds for each passenger is not included in the booking. Also, if you do not put your exact airport arrival and departure times, they will charge you an extra 20 pounds as a fine. If you have diabetes and need extra time in the airport, they will still fine you. If your plane is delayed, they will fine you. This company will find any way to take your money; it will cost you much more by the end of your trip than going to alternatives.

Paid for parking at Stansted airport and phoned 30 minutes before arrival as told. Was told orange car park zone D. No one there as they were actually at zone A. Picked car up with an extra 20 miles on the clock and sugar over the centre consul. Don't know where they park the cars but can't be local. Wont use them again

I had a good experience with this company. I was 30 minutes late due to accident on M25. They took the car with no problem and I collected it without any problems.

Whilst on the way to the airport 30 mins before arrival as requested by EzyBook we called the number provided. Once we had arrived, there was no sign of our driver. Several calls later to the office, whilst in the pickup/dropoff area of Luton Airport, we kept being told the driver would be there in 2 to 3 minutes. It took 29 minutes for the driver to arrive. At £1.00 a minute it ended up costing £26 for which should have only cost £7. The driver when he arrived, said that his shift had only just started. Not the best start to my holiday. I will definately NOT be using this awful company again for parking. They seem to struggle with English and I found it very difficult to understand them over the phone. The person I was talking to took another call whilst on the phone to me, very rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Im in process to get legal action against them. DO NOT WASTE your money!

Terrible C/S experience. Thankfully, I didn't go ahead with using them, as if the way the customer service is anything to go by, it would have been a nightmare! Getting through to someone is extremely LONG on a call and when you finally do they hang up on you? If you are lucky to get a response via emails, its all lies. Anna that I dealt with is absolutely useless. My personal opinion, I wouldn't recommend them.

If I could give them 0 I will. The worse company for booking a parking space ever. I cancel my booking on February and is April and they did not refunded my money yet. I never had this kind of problem since now, ever.

Really Bad Service. At drop Off, called the number 30 minutes before arrival but still had to wait more than 45 minutes at the car park which was frustrating and incurred higher parking charge. At Pickup, car was returned with scratches on the passenger side back and when asked the guy was helpless.
