Please note that not all services accept prepaid cards as a form of payment. It depends on their payment policy. Additionally, the cards we offer possess distinctive features so may function differently with the same merchant.
The card you purchased (btw the price was $12.99, not 13.5) does not operate with PP, the same is reflected on our website as well.
Regarding the refund, a refund policy is openly stated on our website. We understand that our refund policy may cause inconvenience and may not align with your expectations but unfortunately, it cannot be violated.

Scam. After purchasing a 20 USD card, I was told they had ‘sold out’ of VIRTUAL 20 USD cards and that I had to transfer another 30.
I was offered a refund but now they have gone silent.

They sold to me a not valid card details for use.
and when i contected them they scammed me and asked me to wait until get an answer from the bank, then after more than a week they said the card is blocked by the bank bue to terms violation!!!!
Who violate the terms?! me?!! HAHAHAHAAA
The card didn't work from the first time i tryed to use it and i got a message from the first moment of use that's the card is blocked by the bank.
They sell blocked cards and anyone will buy from them will lose his money 100%, they will refuse too give you another card or refund your money.
They are scammers and be sure any money you gonna pay for them you will never see it again.
they stolen 14 USD from me for a card details not valid for use,

Unfortunately, prepaid cards are not same as regular reloadable debit/credit cards and not all the services accept prepaid cards as a form of payment. The cards we offer do not operate with skrill but they do work with google play. In reference to the balance, please make sure that balance on the card did cover the total to be paid. Also please pay attention that some transaction types may require a preauthorization. This is where the merchant sends in a transaction for a higher amount than the purchase.
