Our daughter spends so much time playing in her ball pit! It’s very well made, feels safe, and looks even better in person. We’re really happy with the quality and would definitely recommend it.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the products. We got the baby rocker and the ball pit, and both have been fantastic. They're well made, durable, and our baby loves them. I also noticed the baby sofa on the website, and I think that'll be our next purchase. Very happy with our experience!

Misleading stock availability, delayed delivery with no clear timeline, and very poor communication. Messages were ignored for days.
Also concerning that Instagram comments are restricted — not transparent at all.
Would not recommend.

Quality of the ballpit I bought is amazing (have the velvet fabric). I like the fact that the cover is machine washable.

Im well aware that leaving the items (I have a slide I bought to go with the ballpit) outside, in the middle east heat - is not a good idea.
Though, I only have the kids use the toys on the grass for a few hours, then I move them inside.
(Goes for ANY indoors-goods actually).

Anyhow, super happy.

Absolutely love our Pikler and ball pit from Ezzro! The quality is excellent, the wood is smooth and sturdy, and you can really tell it’s made with care and attention to detail. Assembly was simple, everything fit perfectly, and it feels very safe and stable for kids to play on.

The ball pit is just as impressive — soft, well-made, and the perfect size for fun and active play. My kids are obsessed and use it every day! It’s such a beautiful addition to our play area and actually looks stylish in the room too.

I have a ball pit from their company and it became deformed so easily. They only glue it together and considering how small my child is, and us not using it excessively, it should have lasted longer. The company charges premium prices, so the quality should justify it.

I ordered a bookshelf from Ezzro that arrived damaged.
The packaging was very poor. Very weak cardboard for a heavy item, the box was taped all over to keep to together.

The corners of the wooden sheets had no protection. When contacting support, they evaded accountability, and claimed that they were investigating with the courier company.

Two weeks later, I still did not receive a resolution or even a promise of one. They don't have a review section in their website, and they blocked me on all their socials.
