Scammed. Paid for years but they sold the broadcasting rights and blocked streaming for me. And no refunds of course. Doesn’t matter: F1 is dead with the new rules, it’s just a money circus now. Hopefully F1TV will go down with it. I’m out.

Today canceled my subscription, for years watch all races.

This is joke and have nothing to do with F1 so as we all enjoy for years.

I hope many cancel there subscription so that the people resposible lose there jobs.

The F1 racing league contract with Apple TV is a joke and was created by two evil greedy companies that don’t care about F1 racing fans at all! All they care about is their money from their streaming services. I watched F1 racing for 43 years. I will never watch an F1 race on a streaming service ever! I now hate the F1 racing league and anything to do with it. The F1 racing league and Apple TV can suck my - - - -.

I live in France and have a Pro subscription for F1 TV. The app used to be perfect but is now completely useless as it does not work at all. The commentary team is brilliant so it is such a shame that it is no longer available.

I was charged twice for the same F1 TV Pro subscription on the same account.
Because the live broadcast was not opening, I tried again and my card was charged twice.

Later I upgraded to F1 TV Premium and was able to watch the race.
Now I have multiple active Pro subscriptions on the same account.

I have canceled the duplicate subscriptions and I kindly request a full refund for the extra charges.

Waste of money. Can't cast to TV, frequently crashing/buffering.
App doesn't work on 4K TV
No customer service. Will not renew in 2026. Shame as concept is good, and when it worked in 2023 early 2024 it was great.

It is hard for me to give a 1 star for F1 TV as they deserve a zero star. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. There service doesn't work on my tv, but worked once on my laptop. I paid for the premium viewing experience yet had to delete those features as it kept freezing my screen. I got to watch one race on my laptop with the deleted features. Tonight I wanted to watch the Vegas race. 3 hours and 44 minutes with F1 tv support and they have completely turned me off from f1. I never got to see even the start of the race. The service won't work on my laptop or my tv and they won't refund if over 30days. Do not, I said DO NOT BUY F1 TV! Im seriously done with this horrible company. F1 tv needs to fix their product and learn how to keep their clients happy. Save yourself the high blood pressure and watch it on You tube after the race. You can watch it for free there in a condensed version and You tube has figured out how to make it work on both the TV and my laptop.

The app works fine but as soon as you need any help by the Customer service they have no clue where they are or what they are doing. I called the customer service and he barely understood English or anything.

Cant use it any more after being my first choice. APPALLING interface, just useless.

I had my car serviced and M.O.T at Salisbury Formula one, very impressed with the Friendliness and helpful staff, they kept me informed throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending them for ALL maintenances. Very professional garage at an affordable costed. Thank you Technician's and back ground staff.

I've watched F1 on YouTube in the UK for years, but now I cannot due to some VPN nonsense. It's really disgusting how F1 behaves towards its viewers. I was planning to go to Silverstone next year, but if I cannot see what's happening the rest of the season then what's the point?

Formula 1 in general has gone downhill anyway since the Hamilton/Verstappen disaster and since being pushed to be more commercial in my opinion. It's yet more typical corrupt corporations ruining everything all for greed and control over everything as usual.

How very sad and pathetic. More viewers will go over to Sky and other sports and it will serve you right.

Please change name in F1 Hamilton TV. In fp3 Max has fastest time half way and just 2 seconds exposure.

It's insane that F1TV can afford such level of dishonesty and lack of responsibility considering their size.

They've removed features included in my paid subscription without prior notice, and I am now required to pay additional fees to access the same features I previously had. This constitutes a unilateral change to a paid service, which is considered an unfair commercial practice under EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices.

I hope more people file official complaints about this.

And yes, their support simply does not exist.

To be kind to F1TV, I am going to say that I misread the advertisement. I then wrote for clarification and an explanation. Five days later no response so I wrote again asking for the same clarification. Five days later no response.

I went on line and cancelled my subscription. Two hours later I got a text and was asked why I had cancelled.

Moral of the experience! Hit them in the pocket, then they take notice.

This company should be closed down! Streaming is crap! The film crew has absolutely no idea what they are doing. What a horrible horrible organisation!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

There is literally no customer service. The streaming quality is appalling. I can stream multiple 8K videos on Youtube simultaneously, but F1TV won't even stream at basic HD - even on a REPLAY. The issue is regardless of device - PC (multiple browsers), ROKU TV, Phone, all are impossibly bad to watch. When I signed up 3 years ago this was truly great, now it's a steaming turd. Regretting having renewed this.

When I watch F1TV and I'm not watching live, autoplay comes on and starts playing in the middle of the qualifiers. Can't turn off autoplay on windows pc.
