I am extremely disappointed with the service and complete lack of integrity from F7 Healthcare (Ramamurthy Nagar branch).
I rented a wheelchair from their store located at Main Road, TC Palya Main Rd, Hoysala Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016, and returned it in good condition as soon as the rental tenure finished. As per the agreement, my security deposit refund was supposed to be processed immediately upon return.
Despite fulfilling my end of the agreement, there is zero accountability from their team. I have reached out multiple times to check on the status of my refund, but they have completely gone silent—providing no updates, no follow-ups, and no money returned. Holding onto customers' money after equipment has been safely handed back feels completely dishonest and like a total scam.
If you are considering renting medical equipment from this location, be warned: getting your refund back once the rental period ends is an absolute nightmare.
